【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)社區(qū)老年癡呆癥患病現(xiàn)狀情況,分析其相關(guān)影響因素,制定社區(qū)護(hù)理方案,為社區(qū)老年癡呆癥患者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的社區(qū)護(hù)理服務(wù)。方法:隨機(jī)選取浙江省麗水市3個社區(qū)共120例老年人,每個社區(qū)各40例,依據(jù)老年癡呆癥綜合評定問卷,結(jié)合此次所選3個社區(qū)老年癡呆癥患病現(xiàn)狀而自行設(shè)計(jì)問卷,進(jìn)行面對面問卷調(diào)查,并統(tǒng)計(jì)分析影響社區(qū)老年癡呆癥患病現(xiàn)狀的因素以及對社區(qū)護(hù)理需求的影響因素。結(jié)果:在不同社區(qū)老年癡呆癥患者中,其患病現(xiàn)狀各異,并且其對于社區(qū)護(hù)理治療需求各有差異,其中社區(qū)老年癡呆癥患者主要以患有慢性病如中風(fēng)、偏癱、腦萎縮等疾病為主,且此類肢體活動不便的老年癡呆癥患者普遍對社區(qū)護(hù)理具有高需求。結(jié)論:依據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果分析影響社區(qū)老年癡呆癥患者現(xiàn)狀的因素,主要有經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力、身體健康狀況及對社區(qū)護(hù)理治療的認(rèn)知情況等,研究制定符合各社區(qū)老年癡呆癥人群的社區(qū)護(hù)理治療服務(wù)方案,宣傳社區(qū)護(hù)理治療相關(guān)知識并提高社區(qū)護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量,為更多的社區(qū)老年癡呆患者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的社區(qū)護(hù)理服務(wù),改善社區(qū)老年癡呆癥患者的患病現(xiàn)狀及生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of Alzheimer's disease in community, analyze the related factors, and establish community nursing program. Methods: 120 elderly patients in three communities of Lishui City, Zhejiang Province were randomly selected, 40 in each community, according to the comprehensive evaluation questionnaire of Alzheimer's disease. According to the present situation of Alzheimer's disease in the three communities, we designed a questionnaire and conducted a face-to-face questionnaire. The factors influencing the prevalence of Alzheimer's disease and the demand for community nursing care were analyzed statistically. Results: among the patients with Alzheimer's disease in different communities, the prevalence of dementia was different. And their needs for community nursing treatment are different. Among them, patients with Alzheimer's disease in community mainly suffer from chronic diseases such as stroke, hemiplegia, brain atrophy and so on. There is a high demand for community nursing in patients with Alzheimer's disease. Conclusion: according to the results of investigation, the factors affecting the status of patients with Alzheimer's disease in the community are mainly under economic pressure. In order to promote the knowledge and quality of community nursing care, the authors studied and developed the community nursing treatment program for Alzheimer's patients in different communities, such as health status and cognition of community nursing treatment, and so on, in order to improve the quality of community nursing service, and to promote the knowledge of community nursing treatment. To provide quality community nursing services for more community dementia patients and improve the status and quality of life of patients with dementia in the community.
