【摘要】：人口老化呈現(xiàn)出世界趨勢(shì),日本和中國(guó)等東亞國(guó)家人口老化現(xiàn)狀尤為嚴(yán)峻。人口老化使老年癡呆患者數(shù)量急劇增加,如何預(yù)防老年癡呆受到全世界的關(guān)注。作為長(zhǎng)壽之國(guó)的日本,在老年癡呆的應(yīng)對(duì)方面,從國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略到地區(qū)所采取的預(yù)防策略,乃至社區(qū)護(hù)理研究都積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文介紹日本老年癡呆預(yù)防的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略、地區(qū)策略,分析社區(qū)護(hù)理的研究現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題,以期為中國(guó)老齡化進(jìn)程中的老年癡呆預(yù)防策略的構(gòu)建提供參考。
[Abstract]:Population ageing is showing a worldwide trend, especially in East Asian countries such as Japan and China, where the number of people with Alzheimer's disease has increased dramatically. How to prevent Alzheimer's disease has attracted worldwide attention. Japan, as a country of longevity, has adopted preventive strategies from national strategies to regions in terms of coping with Alzheimer's disease. Even the research of community nursing has accumulated rich experience. This paper introduces the national strategy, regional strategy, analysis of the current situation of community nursing, the problems existing in the prevention of Alzheimer's disease in Japan. In order to provide a reference for the construction of Alzheimer's disease prevention strategy in the process of aging in China.
