【摘要】：目的：1.調(diào)查城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維能力現(xiàn)狀。2.比較不同背景資料城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維能力的差異。3.調(diào)查城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力現(xiàn)狀。4.比較不同背景資料城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的差異。5.探討城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維與自主學(xué)習(xí)能力之間的相關(guān)性。6.根據(jù)參考文獻(xiàn)和調(diào)查結(jié)果,提出提高城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的對策。方法：采用便利抽樣法,運(yùn)用中文版評判性思維能力測量表(CTDI-CV)和護(hù)理人員自主學(xué)習(xí)能力評價量表對南京市4所城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院404名護(hù)士進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果：1.城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維能力總分為276.03±24.43分。7個維度中分析能力得分最高,尋求真相得分最低。2.不同年齡、護(hù)齡、婚姻、職稱、職務(wù)的城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維能力評分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。年齡35歲、護(hù)齡15年、已婚、職稱為主管護(hù)師及以上、職務(wù)為護(hù)士長的城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維能力評分顯著高于其他護(hù)士(P0.05)。3.不同班次、擔(dān)任科室骨干、參與科研、外出學(xué)習(xí)與參加交流會議、參加學(xué)歷教育的城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維能力評分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。常上白班、擔(dān)任科室骨干、參與科研、外出學(xué)習(xí)與參加學(xué)術(shù)交流會議、參加學(xué)歷教育的護(hù)理人員評判性思維能力水平顯著高于其他護(hù)理人員(P0.05)。4.不同科室、學(xué)歷、月收入、既往工作單位、輪轉(zhuǎn)、進(jìn)修、制定學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)的城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維能力評分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。5.城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力總分為122.57±18.00分,自我動機(jī)信念為52.32±7.85分,任務(wù)分析為20.75±3.89分,自我監(jiān)控及調(diào)節(jié)為35.84±5.73分,自我評價為13.66±2.67分,其中任務(wù)分析、自我評價得分偏低。6.不同職務(wù)、常上班次、既往工作單位的城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力評分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。職務(wù)為護(hù)士長、常上白班、既往工作單位為民營醫(yī)院的城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力評分顯著高于其他護(hù)理人員(P0.05)。7.不同擔(dān)任科室骨干、參與科研、參加學(xué)歷教育的城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力評分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。擔(dān)任科室骨干、參與科研、參加學(xué)歷教育的城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力評分顯著高于其他護(hù)理人員(P0.05)。8.不同年齡、護(hù)齡、職稱、月收入、學(xué)歷、婚姻的城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力評分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。9.不同科室、輪轉(zhuǎn)、外出學(xué)習(xí)與參加學(xué)術(shù)交流會議、進(jìn)修、制定學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)的城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力評分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。10.城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士的評判性思維能力與自主學(xué)習(xí)能力呈正相關(guān),評判性思維能力的求知欲、認(rèn)知成熟度是自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論：1.城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維能力處于中等水平,能勝任日常的護(hù)理工作,但達(dá)不到高水平；各維度中分析能力最高,尋求真相最弱,仍需加強(qiáng)其評判性思維能力培養(yǎng),尤其要端正尋找知識所應(yīng)有的真誠和客觀的態(tài)度。2.年齡、護(hù)齡、婚姻、職稱、職務(wù)、不同班次、擔(dān)任科室骨干、參與科研、外出學(xué)習(xí)與參加交流會議、參加學(xué)歷教育等因素是城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士評判性思維能力的影響因素。3.城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力處于中等水平,亟待加強(qiáng)。4.職務(wù)、常上班次、既往工作單位、擔(dān)任科室骨干、參與科研、參加學(xué)歷教育等因素是城郊結(jié)合部區(qū)級醫(yī)院護(hù)士自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的影響因素。5.求知欲、認(rèn)知成熟度及評判性思維能力總體水平均與自主學(xué)習(xí)能力水平呈顯著正相關(guān),是自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的保護(hù)因素,增加其求知欲、認(rèn)知成熟度水平有助于提高自主學(xué)習(xí)能力水平。
