【摘要】：隨著醫(yī)學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,人們意識(shí)到傳統(tǒng)治療和護(hù)理疾病存在的局限性以及生命質(zhì)量的重要性,將研究范圍逐漸擴(kuò)展并聚焦于從生到死的整體過(guò)程。護(hù)理人員在臨床工作中不可避免地會(huì)接觸重癥或者臨終患者,因此護(hù)理人員樹(shù)立科學(xué)的死亡態(tài)度,才能更好地幫助臨終患者正視死亡、承認(rèn)死亡,以良好的心理狀態(tài)接受死亡。通過(guò)運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)檢索的方法,對(duì)基本概念進(jìn)行梳理,分析總結(jié)目前護(hù)理人員的死亡態(tài)度現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,為探索和構(gòu)建符合我國(guó)文化適應(yīng)性的臨終關(guān)懷和死亡教育課程提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù),推動(dòng)我國(guó)臨終關(guān)懷護(hù)理和死亡教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As medical models change, people are aware of the limitations of traditional treatment and care for diseases and the importance of quality of life, Gradually expand the scope of the study and focus on the overall process from birth to death. Nurses inevitably come into contact with severe or dying patients in their clinical work, so nursing staff establish a scientific attitude towards death. In order to help dying patients face death, admit death and accept death in good psychological state, we can use the method of literature retrieval to sort out the basic concepts. The present death attitude of nursing staff and its influencing factors were analyzed and summarized to provide a scientific theoretical basis for exploring and constructing hospice care and death education curriculum in accordance with the cultural adaptability of our country. To promote the development of hospice care and death education in China.
