【摘要】：目的探討動態(tài)增強(qiáng)磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)定量參數(shù)與直腸癌T分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及腫瘤分化程度的相關(guān)性。方法連續(xù)搜集本院2012年12月21日至2015年8月3日符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的原發(fā)直腸癌患者91例,術(shù)前行常規(guī)MRI及DCE-MRI掃描,測量DCE-MRI定量參數(shù)[轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)常數(shù)(K~(trans))、速率常數(shù)(K_(ep))、容積分?jǐn)?shù)(V_e)值],并分析與直腸癌T分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、腫瘤分化程度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 K~(trans)、K_(ep)、V_e與直腸癌T分期存在正相關(guān)(r=0.758,P=0.000;r=0.395,P=0.000;r=0.314,P=0.002);K~(trans)及K_(ep)在有無轉(zhuǎn)移淋巴結(jié)組之間比較有顯著性差異(t=6.893,P=0.000;t=3.355,P=0.001);K~(trans)、V_e與腫瘤分化程度存在負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.223,P=0.034;r=-0.259,P=0.013)。結(jié)論 DCE-MRI藥代動力學(xué)定量參數(shù)與直腸癌T分期及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、腫瘤分化程度存在一定的相關(guān)性,定量參數(shù)可以為直腸癌的臨床預(yù)后提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the quantitative parameters of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) and T stage of rectal cancer. Methods from December 21st 2012 to August 3rd 2015, 91 patients with primary rectal cancer who met the inclusion criteria were continuously collected. Routine MRI and DCE-MRI scans were performed before operation. The quantitative parameters of DCE-MRI were measured, and the T stage and lymph node metastasis of rectal cancer were analyzed. Results there was a positive correlation between KT T stage and T stage of rectal cancer. Results there was a positive correlation between KT and T stage of rectal cancer. Results there was a negative correlation between the level of tumor differentiation and the degree of differentiation. Conclusion there is a negative correlation between the differentiation of DCE-MRI and the degree of differentiation. Conclusion there is a negative correlation between the degree of differentiation and the degree of differentiation. Conclusion there is a negative correlation between DCE-MRI and the degree of differentiation. Conclusion there is a negative correlation between DCE-MRI and the degree of differentiation. Conclusion there is a negative correlation between the level of tumor differentiation and the degree of tumor differentiation.
