【摘要】：經(jīng)顱直流電刺激作為一種成熟的非侵襲性腦刺激技術(shù)取得了顯著的臨床效果。目前有學(xué)者將直流電刺激技術(shù)應(yīng)用到脊髓上,發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)皮脊髓直流電刺激可影響脊髓傳導(dǎo)束及脊髓環(huán)路的電活動,從而起到治療慢性疼痛及改善運(yùn)動功能的作用。本文介紹經(jīng)皮脊髓直流電刺激的生物學(xué)效應(yīng)、安全性及潛在的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Transcranial direct current stimulation as a kind of non-invasive brain stimulation technology has achieved significant clinical effect. At present, some scholars DC electrical stimulation applied to the spinal cord, found that percutaneous spinal cord DC stimulation can affect the electrical activity of the spinal cord and spinal cord bundle loop, so as to improve the treatment of chronic pain and movement function. This paper introduces the biological effect of percutaneous electrical stimulation of the spinal cord of DC, the safety and potential clinical significance.
