【摘要】：目的分析整體護(hù)理模式在修復(fù)兒童乳牙齲齒中的應(yīng)用效果。方法抽選2014年3月~2016年2月在我院牙科接受修復(fù)乳牙齲齒的100例患兒,按照護(hù)理模式的不同將其分為觀察組和對照組,各50例。觀察組患兒在接受基礎(chǔ)治療的同時給予整體護(hù)理,對照組患兒在接受基礎(chǔ)治療的同時給予常規(guī)護(hù)理。在護(hù)理過程中和護(hù)理接受后,比較兩組患兒初次治療和再次治療的依從性、治療時間、患兒家長對護(hù)理人員護(hù)理工作的滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組患兒治療時間較對照組而言更低,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患兒的滿意都較對照組而言更為優(yōu)異,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組合作程度較對照組而言更為優(yōu)異,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論相對于常規(guī)護(hù)理而言,整體護(hù)理模式的護(hù)理效果更好,值得臨床進(jìn)行推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the application of holistic nursing model in the restoration of caries in children's deciduous teeth. Methods 100 cases of dental caries were selected from March 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital. According to the different nursing modes, they were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each. Children in the control group were given routine nursing while receiving basic treatment. In the course of nursing and after nursing, the compliance and time of initial treatment and retreatment were compared between the two groups. Results the treatment time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the degree of cooperation in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion compared with the conventional nursing, the nursing effect of the holistic nursing model is better than that of the control group, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
