【摘要】：正殘胃癌包含了胃良性疾病行胃大部切除術(shù)后在殘胃發(fā)生的腺癌,以及殘胃再發(fā)癌、殘胃復(fù)發(fā)癌等概念[1],這類患者只要無(wú)廣泛轉(zhuǎn)移,應(yīng)盡可能再次行根治性殘胃全切除術(shù)。實(shí)踐表明,達(dá)芬奇機(jī)器人胃癌根治手術(shù)是安全可行的,手術(shù)路徑、方法已經(jīng)逐漸成熟[2-4],而殘胃癌手術(shù)難度高、創(chuàng)傷大、切除率低,近年本中心探索并規(guī)范了腹腔鏡殘胃癌手術(shù)的路徑[5-7],對(duì)開展
[Abstract]:Positive remnant gastric cancer includes the concepts of adenocarcinoma that develops after subtotal gastrectomy for benign gastric diseases, as well as recurrent cancer and recurrent cancer of the remnant stomach [1], as long as there is no widespread metastasis in this group of patients. The practice shows that da Vinci robot radical gastrectomy is safe and feasible, and the operation path has matured gradually [2-4], while the operation of residual gastric cancer is difficult, traumatic, and the rate of resection is low. In recent years, the center has explored and standardized the path of laparoscopic gastric stump surgery [5-7].
