【摘要】：目的:描述我國二、三級(jí)醫(yī)院住院患者對(duì)醫(yī)療服務(wù)滿意度的現(xiàn)狀,并分析其影響因素。方法:采用分層、系統(tǒng)、方便抽樣的方法,使用住院患者對(duì)醫(yī)護(hù)人員和醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)量表(HCAHPS)漢化版,對(duì)我國內(nèi)地9個(gè)省/自治區(qū)/直轄市的181所二、三級(jí)綜合性醫(yī)院6494名患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 :55.64%的患者認(rèn)為其所在醫(yī)院最好(9~10分),54.75%的患者愿意向朋友和家人推薦該醫(yī)院。各項(xiàng)醫(yī)護(hù)服務(wù)平均滿意度為51.51%,出院指導(dǎo)的滿意度最高(71.30%),用藥溝通的滿意度最低(30.91%)。影響推薦意向的因素有7個(gè),包括患者年齡、最高學(xué)歷、自評(píng)健康狀況、住院天數(shù)、所在病區(qū)、醫(yī)院等級(jí)和所在地級(jí)。結(jié)論 :我國住院患者基本滿意二、三級(jí)醫(yī)院的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,其中對(duì)出院指導(dǎo)的滿意度最高,對(duì)用藥溝通的滿意度最低。建議根據(jù)服務(wù)對(duì)象需求,提升醫(yī)護(hù)服務(wù)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,明確各級(jí)醫(yī)院接診范圍,重視服務(wù)質(zhì)量的保障。
[Abstract]:Objective: to describe the present situation of inpatients' satisfaction with medical service in the second and third class hospitals in China, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods: stratified, systematic and convenient sampling method was used. Using HCAHPS-based Chinese version of inpatient evaluation scale for health care personnel and medical system, 181 out of 9 provinces / autonomous regions / municipalities directly under the Central Government in the mainland of China were selected. The results showed that 55.64% of the patients thought that their hospital was the best one, 54.75% of them were willing to recommend the hospital to their friends and family. The average satisfaction of each medical service was 51.51%. The highest degree of satisfaction was 71.30 and the lowest degree of satisfaction was 30.910.There were 7 factors influencing the intention of recommendation. It includes patient age, highest educational background, self-assessment health status, length of stay in hospital, ward, hospital grade and location level. Conclusion: our country's hospitalized patients are basically satisfied with the service quality of the second and third class hospitals. Among them, the satisfaction of discharge guidance was the highest, and the satisfaction of drug use communication was the lowest. It was suggested that according to the needs of the clients, the service quality of the weak link of medical care should be improved, the scope of hospital service at all levels should be defined, and the guarantee of service quality should be emphasized.
