【摘要】：最近20多年來(lái),紅細(xì)胞儲(chǔ)存損傷引起的輸血安全問(wèn)題逐漸成為輸血醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的重點(diǎn)。盡管,紅細(xì)胞儲(chǔ)存損傷能否引起臨床相關(guān)的輸血并發(fā)癥,目前還沒(méi)有定論。但可以肯定的是:不僅紅細(xì)胞形態(tài)及理化性質(zhì)等隨著儲(chǔ)存時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)發(fā)生了日漸明顯的改變;而且儲(chǔ)存期長(zhǎng)的紅細(xì)胞輸注后引起了受血者更多的血管外溶血。
[Abstract]:Over the last 20 years, the safety of blood transfusion caused by erythrocyte storage injury has gradually become the focus of research in the field of blood transfusion medicine. However, not only the morphology and physicochemical properties of erythrocytes changed obviously with the prolongation of storage time, but also the transfusion of red blood cells for long storage period caused more extravascular hemolysis in the recipients.
