【摘要】：目的了解克拉瑪依市人群麻疹、風(fēng)疹抗體水平,有針對性地開展麻疹、風(fēng)疹免疫預(yù)防工作,有效控制麻疹、風(fēng)疹的發(fā)生和流行,實現(xiàn)消除麻疹的目標(biāo)。方法按照分層隨機抽樣方法,采集0~60歲健康人群1 056人份血樣,采用ELISA方法,定量檢測麻疹抗體、風(fēng)疹抗體。結(jié)果人群麻疹抗體陽性率97.54%、風(fēng)疹抗體陽性率87.22%,抗體幾何平均濃度(Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC)麻疹、風(fēng)疹分別為:1 220.10 m IU/ml、68.23 IU/ml,不同人群麻疹、風(fēng)疹抗體陽性率差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(麻疹χ~2=20.170,風(fēng)疹χ~2=17.090,P均0.05);不同地區(qū)麻疹抗體陽性率在95%以上、保護率在65%~75%之間,風(fēng)疹抗體陽性率在75%~94%之間,不同地區(qū)風(fēng)疹抗體陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=31.106;P0.001);不同免疫史風(fēng)疹抗體陽性水平差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=30.254,P0.001)。結(jié)論克拉瑪依市麻疹人群抗體陽性率總體保持在較高水平,風(fēng)疹抗體陽性率水平略低,烏爾禾區(qū)和部分年齡組風(fēng)疹陽性率較低。應(yīng)重點加強地區(qū)及重點人群疫苗預(yù)防接種管理,必要時開展人群查漏補種免疫。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the antibody level of measles and rubella in the population of Karamay, to carry out the immunization prevention of measles and rubella, and to control the occurrence and prevalence of measles and rubella effectively. Methods according to the stratified random sampling method, 1 056 blood samples were collected from 10 056 healthy people aged 60 years old, and the measles antibody was detected quantitatively by ELISA method. Results the positive rate of measles antibody was 97.54%. The positive rate of rubella antibody was 87.22%. The geometric mean concentration of antibody was geometric Mean Concentration (GMC) measles. The positive rate of rubella antibody was higher than 95%, the protective rate was between 65% and 75%, the positive rate of rubella antibody was between 75% and 94%, the positive rate of rubella antibody was 20. 170%, the positive rate of rubella antibody was 0. 05%, the positive rate of measles antibody was more than 95%, the protective rate was between 65% and 75%, and the positive rate of rubella antibody was between 75% and 94%. The positive rate of rubella antibody was significantly different in different regions (蠂 ~ (2) ~ (2)) (31.106) and rubella antibody (P _ (0.001)) in different immunological history (蠂 ~ (2 +) 30.254 (P 0.001)). Conclusion the positive rate of measles antibody in Karamay is maintained at a high level. The positive rate of rubella antibody was a little lower than that of Wuerhe area and some age groups. The administration of vaccination should be strengthened and the immunization should be carried out if necessary.
