【摘要】：目的探討早期應(yīng)用美皮康聯(lián)合美清佳預(yù)防鹽酸胺碘酮(商品名:可達(dá)龍)外周靜脈輸注所致靜脈炎的臨床效果。方法選取外周靜脈輸注可達(dá)龍的患者100例,在患者知情同意的情況下采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字法將患者分為研究組與對照組,每組各50例。研究組使用美皮康及美清佳干預(yù),對照組應(yīng)用50%葡萄糖水20 m L+地塞米松5 mg浸濕無菌紗布后持續(xù)濕敷至輸液結(jié)束。2組分別于干預(yù)后第1、2、3天觀察靜脈炎發(fā)生率及嚴(yán)重程度,評價應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果預(yù)防措施實(shí)施3 d后,對照組靜脈炎發(fā)生率及嚴(yán)重程度明顯高于研究組(P=0.032),研究組預(yù)防效果優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論美皮康聯(lián)合美清佳預(yù)防可達(dá)龍外周靜脈輸注所致靜脈炎的效果顯著,可明顯減少外周靜脈炎的發(fā)生率,靜脈炎嚴(yán)重程度大大降低,可在臨床應(yīng)用推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of early application of Mepikang combined with Meiqingjia in the prevention of phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of amiodarone hydrochloride (commodity name: Kodarone). Patients with informed consent were randomly divided into study group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 20 mL dexamethasone (20ml) of 50% glucose water and soaked with aseptic gauze 5 mg after continuous wet application until the end of infusion. The incidence and severity of phlebitis were observed on the 2nd day after intervention in the control group. Results 3 days after the implementation of preventive measures, The incidence and severity of phlebitis in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group, and the preventive effect in the study group was better than that in the control group. It can reduce the incidence of peripheral phlebitis and decrease the severity of phlebitis.
