【摘要】：目的通過(guò)條碼識(shí)別系統(tǒng)提高臨床輸血標(biāo)本和血液信息的安全傳遞。方法通過(guò)患者腕帶的識(shí)別系統(tǒng),在醫(yī)療管理系統(tǒng)(EMR系統(tǒng))、實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理系統(tǒng)(LIS系統(tǒng))、手麻系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)化辦公系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上,建立血液標(biāo)本采集、接收、血液發(fā)放、輸注的閉環(huán)管理系統(tǒng)。結(jié)果條碼識(shí)別閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)建立后護(hù)士采血錯(cuò)誤率,輸血前檢驗(yàn)信息錯(cuò)誤率,血型填寫錯(cuò)誤率,輸血目的錯(cuò)誤率均顯著降低。標(biāo)本審核時(shí)間,血液發(fā)放時(shí)間,血液輸注前核對(duì)時(shí)間顯著縮短。結(jié)論基于醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)上的條碼識(shí)別閉環(huán)管理可以有效的完成輸血申請(qǐng)和血液發(fā)放信息的雙向傳遞,有保證輸血的安全,并有利于提高臨床輸血效率。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the safe transmission of clinical blood samples and blood information through barcode recognition system. Methods through the identification system of the patient's wrist band, the EMR system, the laboratory management system and the hand anesthesia system were used in the medical management system, the laboratory management system and the hand anesthesia system. On the basis of automatic office system, a closed loop management system for blood sample collection, receiving, blood distribution and transfusion was established. The error rate of blood type filling and the error rate of blood transfusion purpose were all significantly reduced. Conclusion the closed loop management of bar code recognition based on hospital information construction can effectively complete the two-way transmission of blood transfusion application and blood distribution information, and ensure the safety of blood transfusion. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of clinical blood transfusion.
