【摘要】：隨著腫瘤病人腸外營養(yǎng)(PN)和中心靜脈導管的廣泛應用,中心靜脈導管相關性感染已成為臨床令人棘手的常見院內感染。在PN輸注過程中,PN液在中心靜脈導管周圍形成高糖和高脂微環(huán)境,有利于病原菌在置入的中心靜脈導管表面黏附、生長和擴散,形成由一種或多種病原菌組成的細菌生物膜。一旦細菌生物膜形成,膜內的病原菌可抵御抗菌藥物及機體免疫細胞的殺傷,造成細菌或真菌反復感染,危及病人生命。以下綜述PN的應用、腫瘤病人中心靜脈導管感染的特點、混合生物膜及其研究方法等,以期對中心靜脈導管相關混合生物膜感染的研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the extensive use of parenteral nutrition (PNs) and central venous catheters in cancer patients, Central Venous Catheter-Related infection has become a common nosocomial infection in clinic. During PN infusion, PN solution forms high glucose and fat microenvironment around the central venous catheter. A bacterial biofilm consisting of one or more pathogens is formed by facilitating the adhesion, growth and diffusion of pathogenic bacteria on the surface of the inserted central venous catheter. Once the bacterial biofilm is formed, The pathogenic bacteria in membrane can resist the killing of antimicrobial agents and immune cells, causing repeated infection of bacteria or fungi and endangering the life of patients. This paper summarizes the application of PN and the characteristics of central venous catheter infection in tumor patients. The mixed biofilm and its research methods are expected to provide reference for the study of central venous catheter related mixed biofilm infection.
