【摘要】：目的:了解同級(jí)別中醫(yī)醫(yī)院與同級(jí)別綜合性西醫(yī)醫(yī)院護(hù)士總體幸福感、護(hù)士壓力源差異以及護(hù)士幸福感與壓力源相關(guān)性。方法:采用一般資料問卷、總體幸福感量表和中國(guó)護(hù)士工作壓力源量表,對(duì)同級(jí)別中醫(yī)醫(yī)院和西醫(yī)醫(yī)院護(hù)士進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 187人納入研究,總體幸福感中、西醫(yī)院得分分別為73.64±7.184、74.55±6.267分,除"對(duì)生活的滿足和興趣"外各維度比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;護(hù)士工作壓力源中、西醫(yī)院得分分別為67.84±22.532、62.16±20.754分,除"管理及人際關(guān)系"外各維度比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;Pearson相關(guān)性分析顯示,除了幸福感中"對(duì)情感和行為的控制"維度與壓力源呈正相關(guān),其余大多部分呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論:同級(jí)別中醫(yī)醫(yī)院與西醫(yī)醫(yī)院護(hù)士總體幸福感、壓力源無明顯差異,都處于較重度壓力中;中醫(yī)醫(yī)院護(hù)士"管理及人際關(guān)系"方面壓力較同級(jí)別西醫(yī)醫(yī)院大,西醫(yī)醫(yī)院護(hù)士在"對(duì)生活的滿足和興趣"方面較同級(jí)別中醫(yī)醫(yī)院護(hù)士更滿足。工作壓力源越大,總體幸福感越低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the general well-being of nurses in the same level of TCM hospital and the same level of comprehensive western medicine hospital, the differences of nurses' stressors, and the correlation between nurses' well-being and stressors. Methods: general information questionnaire was used. Total Well-being scale and Chinese Nurses' Job stressor scale were used to survey nurses in the same level of TCM hospital and western medicine hospital. Results 187 people were included in the study. The scores of western hospitals were 73.64 鹵7.184 or 74.55 鹵6.267, except for "satisfaction and interest in life". The scores of nurses' work stressors were 67.84 鹵22.532n 62.16 鹵20.754, respectively. There was no significant difference in all dimensions except "management and interpersonal relationship". Pearson correlation analysis showed that in addition to well-being, "control of emotion and behavior" dimension was positively correlated with stressors. Conclusion: the nurses in the same level of TCM hospital and western medicine hospital have no significant difference in their overall well-being and stressors, and all of them are under more severe stress. The pressure of "management and interpersonal relationship" of nurses in TCM hospitals is greater than that of western medicine hospitals of the same rank. In the aspect of "satisfaction and interest in life", the nurses in western medicine hospital were more satisfied than those in the same level of TCM hospital nurses. The greater the source of work stress, the lower the overall well-being.
