【摘要】：目的揭示正常日本大耳白兔同步12導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電圖特征,為心血管疾病的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究提供心電圖基本數(shù)據(jù)。方法雄性日本大耳白兔55只,20%烏拉坦腹腔麻醉,描記兔同步12導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電圖,并拍胸部X線正位片。結(jié)果心電圖:1日本大耳白兔心電圖波形與人類相似,均為竇性心律。心率較快,265.5±36.8次/min,未見(jiàn)心律失常發(fā)生;2仰臥位平均心電軸:19°~250°,波動(dòng)范圍較大;3 P波:形態(tài)鈍圓或略尖,均符合竇性P波規(guī)律,在肢體Ⅱ、a VF導(dǎo)聯(lián)及胸導(dǎo)聯(lián)較為明顯;4 P-R間期:(0.063±0.007)s;5 QRS波:QRS波時(shí)間為(0.040±0.005)s,主波在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、a VF導(dǎo)聯(lián)多數(shù)向上,胸導(dǎo)聯(lián)與人類相似,R/S比值逐漸遞增;6 ST段:較短,均位于等電位線;7 T波:T波形態(tài)多圓頓,部分雙峰,多數(shù)導(dǎo)聯(lián)T波直立,部分倒置,平坦或雙向。T波在肢體II、III、a VR、a VF及胸導(dǎo)聯(lián)較為明顯;8 QT間期:QT間期(0.142±0.015)s,QTc(0.306±0.034)s。胸部X線正位片:心影大多位于胸腔正中及右側(cè)。結(jié)論獲得了兔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)12導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電圖波形及其各波段的正常值范圍,在心血管疾病的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究中具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to reveal the characteristics of synchronous 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) in normal Japanese white rabbits and to provide basic ECG data for the experimental study of cardiovascular diseases. Methods 55 male Japanese white rabbits were anesthetized with 20% uratan intraperitoneally. The 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) of rabbits was recorded and chest radiographs were taken. Results the ECG waveforms of Japanese white rabbits were similar to those of human beings, all of them were sinus rhythm, and the heart rate was faster. No arrhythmia occurred at 265.5 鹵36.8 rpm. (2) in supine position, the mean ECG axis was 20 擄to 250 擄, and the range of fluctuation was large; 3P wave: the shape was obtuse round or slightly pointed, all accord with the rule of sinus P wave, and were more obvious in the limb 鈪，
