【摘要】:目的提供高效、準(zhǔn)確的股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)超聲探測的方法,并評估其解剖變異。方法以闊筋膜張肌和縫匠肌之間的間隙作為股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)聲像圖定位標(biāo)志,18 MHz超聲探測150例志愿者的股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)。測量神經(jīng)與髂前上棘之間的距離,觀察腹股溝韌帶水平的神經(jīng)分支數(shù)目和神經(jīng)與腹股溝韌帶之間的關(guān)系,并記錄探查時間。結(jié)果所有受檢者的股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)在闊筋膜張肌和縫匠肌之間的肌間隙均清晰顯示。股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)與髂前上棘之間的平均距離為(15.4±4.1)mm。其中252條神經(jīng)走行于腹股溝韌帶的深面,此水平的神經(jīng)由1~4根分支組成。鑒別一條神經(jīng)的平均時間為7s。結(jié)論以闊筋膜張肌和縫匠肌的間隙作為聲像圖定位標(biāo)志,有助于超聲高效,準(zhǔn)確地顯示股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng),超聲可觀察其解剖學(xué)變異。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide an effective and accurate method for ultrasonic detection of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and to evaluate its anatomic variation. Methods the gap between the tensor lata muscle and the sartorius muscle was used as the location marker of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. 18 MHz ultrasound was used to detect the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve in 150 volunteers. The distance between the nerve and the anterior superior iliac spine was measured. The number of nerve branches at inguinal ligament level and the relationship between nerve and inguinal ligament were observed. Results the space of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve between tensor lata muscle and sartorius muscle was clearly displayed. The average distance between the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and the anterior superior iliac spine was (. Among them, 252 nerves were located on the deep surface of the inguinal ligament. The nerve at this level is composed of 1 or 4 branches. The average time for distinguishing a nerve is 7 s.Conclusion the gap between the tensor lata and the sartorius muscle is used as a sonographic localization marker, which is helpful to the high efficiency of ultrasound. The anatomical variation of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve can be observed by ultrasound.
