【摘要】：建立了表面增強(qiáng)拉曼光譜法檢測人尿液中的鹽酸氯丙那林。以銀納米顆粒溶膠作為表面信號增強(qiáng)劑,選擇800~850 cm~(-1)和1 450 cm~(-1)處拉曼特征峰作為定性依據(jù),并選擇在800~850 cm~(-1)處進(jìn)行定量檢測。人尿液中鹽酸氯丙那林在0.1~0.9 mg/ml范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,最低檢測限為0.05 mg/ml。與高效液相色譜法相比,本法迅速簡便,可實(shí)現(xiàn)無損檢測。
[Abstract]:Detection of Raman spectroscopy in the urine of clorprenaline hydrochloride was established. The surface enhanced silver nanoparticles sol as surface signal enhancer, 800~850 cm~ (-1) and 1450 cm~ (-1) at the Raman peak as a qualitative basis, and select the 800~850 cm~ (-1) for quantitative detection of propylene chloride. In the 0.1~0.9 mg/ml hydrochloride in urine quinterenol from5.00to200.00ng-ml-1, compared to the lowest detection limit was 0.05 mg/ml. with HPLC, the method is quick and simple, can realize nondestructive testing.
