【摘要】：目的:觀察指壓太沖、丘墟穴誘發(fā)訓(xùn)練對(duì)腦卒中患者踝背屈功能的影響。方法:將32例腦卒中患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,兩組均進(jìn)行常規(guī)康復(fù)治療,治療組另加用指壓太沖、丘墟穴誘發(fā)踝背屈的方法治療,并于治療前后分別采用常規(guī)臨床評(píng)價(jià)方法和表面肌電儀進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果:治療后兩組踝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度、患肢脛前肌表面肌電圖均方根值(RMS)、Fugl-Meyer評(píng)分較治療前均有所改善(P0.05),且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:指壓太沖、丘墟穴對(duì)改善腦卒中患者踝背屈功能較單獨(dú)使用常規(guī)康復(fù)治療效果好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acupoint training on ankle dorsiflexion in patients with stroke. Methods: 32 patients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, the treatment group was treated with the method of finger pressure too chong, Qiu Hui point to induce ankle dorsiflexion, and the routine clinical evaluation method and surface electromyography were used before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the ankle joint activity was evaluated in two groups. The mean square root value of the surface electromyography (EMG) of the anterior tibial muscle of the affected limb and the RMSI Fugl-Meyer score were all improved compared with those before treatment (P 0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the point of finger pressure and Qiu Hui have better effect on improving the function of malleolus dorsiflexion in stroke patients than on routine rehabilitation alone.
