【摘要】：在手術(shù)需求增大與醫(yī)護(hù)人員短缺的矛盾下如何合理安排手術(shù)和配置醫(yī)護(hù)資源,解決手術(shù)室實(shí)際運(yùn)作中資源負(fù)荷不均衡現(xiàn)象,是當(dāng)前手術(shù)室運(yùn)作管理中亟待解決的難題。然而手術(shù)排程和手術(shù)室護(hù)士排班作為手術(shù)室科學(xué)管理的核心決策問題,卻有著不同的時(shí)間域,并且會相互影響。在考慮科室手術(shù)和手術(shù)室護(hù)士偏好等硬約束和軟約束前提下,構(gòu)建一個(gè)集成手術(shù)排程和護(hù)士排班的手術(shù)室中期集成決策模型,設(shè)計(jì)了具有雙層嵌套路徑化結(jié)構(gòu)的蟻群算法。通過某三甲醫(yī)院10天的實(shí)際手術(shù)室運(yùn)作數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行算法對比和分析評價(jià),驗(yàn)證了算法在解決集成決策問題上的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Under the contradiction between the increasing operation demand and the shortage of medical staff, how to arrange the operation reasonably and allocate the medical resources to solve the imbalance of the resource load in the actual operation of the operating room. It is a difficult problem to be solved urgently in the operation management of operating room. However, the scheduling of operation and the scheduling of nurses in operating room are the core decision-making problems in the scientific management of operating room, but they have different time domain. Under the premise of hard and soft constraints such as department operation and operating room nurses' preference, an integrated operating room decision-making model with integrated operation schedule and nurse scheduling was constructed. An ant colony algorithm with double-layer nested path structure was designed. The algorithm was compared and evaluated through the operation data of the operating room of a third-class hospital for 10 days. The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm in solving the integration decision problem are verified.
