【摘要】：目的:觀察研究血必凈聯(lián)合常規(guī)西藥治療嚴(yán)重膿毒血癥的臨床療效。方法:選取2014年1月至2015年5月我科室收診療的診斷為嚴(yán)重膿毒血癥的患者80例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組及對(duì)照組各40例,對(duì)照組患者給予單獨(dú)應(yīng)用常規(guī)西藥仙力素抗菌治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組常規(guī)西藥治療基礎(chǔ)上加用血必凈治療,記錄并分析治療后兩組患者血清Ca2+及APACHEII評(píng)分、利鈉肽原(NT-pro BNP)和降鈣素原(PCT)變化狀況。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者治療后APACHEII為(13.79±2.36),均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(17.42±3.52);實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后血清Ca2+、N末端B型利鈉肽原(NT-pro BNP)和降鈣素原(PCT)分別為(2.15±0.12mmol/L、1031±97.5ng/L、7.53±2.04ug/L),均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(1.68±0.23mmol/L、1792±246.1ng/L、14.02±3.57ug/L)。3實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者治療后白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)和中性粒細(xì)胞比例分別為(13.76±1.12×109/L、73.92±1.13%),均明顯低于對(duì)照組(17.11±1.38×109/L、77.64±1.54%)。4實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者恢復(fù)情況明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:血必凈聯(lián)合常規(guī)西藥治療嚴(yán)重膿毒血癥療效確切,與常規(guī)治療相比無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xuebijing combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of severe sepsis. Conclusion: Xuebijing injection combined with conventional western medicine in treating severe sepsis treatment, compared with conventional treatment without obvious adverse reactions.
