【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步,尤其是社會(huì)的不斷老齡化以及空巢家庭的不斷增加,使人們越來越認(rèn)識(shí)到醫(yī)療保健對(duì)于人們生命健康的重要性,但是傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)療模式卻很難做到實(shí)時(shí)的護(hù)理。計(jì)算機(jī)和通訊技術(shù)等相關(guān)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步,遠(yuǎn)程護(hù)理越發(fā)受到人們的重視,已然成為醫(yī)療信息化建設(shè)中的一個(gè)重要組成部分。跌倒危害老年人及其他特殊人群,特別是在突發(fā)跌倒后卻無人救助,可能會(huì)帶來生命危險(xiǎn)。及時(shí)的跌倒檢測和救助可以為治療和搶救贏得寶貴時(shí)間,對(duì)保障用戶健康和提高醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)水平都具有非常重要的意義。為了更好地對(duì)老年人群進(jìn)行醫(yī)療護(hù)理,減少跌倒對(duì)于老年人帶來的傷害,本文中將重點(diǎn)針對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程護(hù)理中的老年人的跌倒問題進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究,主要工作如下:1.為了方便的對(duì)老年人的跌倒進(jìn)行檢測,設(shè)計(jì)基于Android傳感器的數(shù)據(jù)采集方案,利用Android系統(tǒng)中內(nèi)置的加速度傳感器對(duì)人體加速度信息進(jìn)行采集,并通過JMS中間件技術(shù),將采集到的數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)的傳送到Matlab進(jìn)行分析和處理。2.對(duì)采集到的人體數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理和合成,并將人體的各項(xiàng)典型的日;顒(dòng)和跌倒的加速度變化進(jìn)行直觀展示,然后根據(jù)合成的SVM曲線提取出相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)特征,利用提取的特征構(gòu)建模式識(shí)別算法,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)模式識(shí)別算法的有效性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。3.完成基于Android跌倒檢測的遠(yuǎn)程護(hù)理系統(tǒng)總體方案設(shè)計(jì),該系統(tǒng)能實(shí)時(shí)采集傳感器的數(shù)據(jù),通過跌倒檢測模型實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控用戶是否發(fā)生跌倒,如果用戶發(fā)生跌倒,手機(jī)會(huì)在本地發(fā)出蜂鳴報(bào)警聲,開啟定位模塊得到跌倒者位置信息,并自動(dòng)編輯跌倒信息和位置信息以短信方式發(fā)送給指定的聯(lián)系人,以便獲得及時(shí)的救助,并將個(gè)人的數(shù)據(jù)信息發(fā)送到遠(yuǎn)端的監(jiān)護(hù)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行分析和存儲(chǔ)。該系統(tǒng)具備成本低、便于維護(hù)、擴(kuò)展性和移植性好等特點(diǎn),可很好的應(yīng)用于遠(yuǎn)程護(hù)理領(lǐng)域,使得現(xiàn)代意義下的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù)更加人性化、智能化和實(shí)時(shí)化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of society, especially the aging of society and the increasing number of empty nest families, people are more and more aware of the importance of medical care for people's life and health. But the traditional medical model is very difficult to achieve real-time care. Computer and communication technology and other related technologies continue to develop and progress, telemedicine has been more and more attention. It has become an important part of the medical information construction. Fall endangers the elderly and other special people, especially after the sudden fall but no one help. It can be life-threatening. Timely fall detection and rescue can buy valuable time for treatment and rescue. It is very important to protect the health of users and improve the level of medical care. In order to better carry out medical care to the elderly people and reduce the harm caused by falls to the elderly. This paper will focus on remote care of the elderly fall of the relevant research, the main work is as follows: 1. In order to facilitate the elderly fall detection. The data acquisition scheme based on Android sensor is designed. The acceleration information of human body is collected by using the acceleration sensor built in the Android system, and the middleware technology of JMS is adopted. Transfer the collected data to Matlab for analysis and processing. 2. Preprocess and synthesize the collected human data. The typical daily activities of human body and the acceleration changes of falls are displayed intuitively, then the relevant data features are extracted according to the synthesized SVM curve, and the pattern recognition algorithm is constructed by using the extracted features. The effectiveness of pattern recognition algorithm is verified by experiments. 3. The overall scheme design of remote nursing system based on Android fall detection is completed. The system can collect the data of sensor in real time. The fall detection model is used to monitor whether the user falls or not. If the user falls, the mobile phone will make a buzzing alarm in the local area and open the location module to get the location information of the fall. The fall information and location information are automatically edited and sent to the designated contact person by short message in order to obtain timely assistance. And the personal data information sent to the remote monitoring platform for analysis and storage. This system has the characteristics of low cost, easy to maintain, scalability and portability, can be well applied in the field of remote nursing. Make the modern sense of remote monitoring more humanized, intelligent and real-time.
