【摘要】:目的:綜述銅綠假單胞菌群體感應(yīng)系統(tǒng)研究進(jìn)展,從而尋找銅綠假單胞菌治療的新方向。方法:查閱近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)并對(duì)其進(jìn)行總結(jié)。結(jié)果:群體感應(yīng)系統(tǒng)是細(xì)菌依賴細(xì)胞密度,通過(guò)自誘導(dǎo)分子進(jìn)行細(xì)胞間交流的信號(hào)傳遞系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)自誘導(dǎo)分子達(dá)到閾值時(shí)啟動(dòng)群體感應(yīng)系統(tǒng)從而調(diào)節(jié)基因表達(dá)。結(jié)論:群體感應(yīng)系統(tǒng)參與細(xì)菌毒素的釋放和生物膜的形成,因此通過(guò)抑制群體感應(yīng)系統(tǒng)降低銅綠假單胞菌的致病性和耐藥性成為抗感染治療藥物新靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: Research Progress of Pseudomonas aeruginosa quorum sensing system review, so as to find a new direction with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods: the related literature at home and abroad in recent years and carries on the summary. Results: the bacterial quorum sensing system is dependent on cell density, signal transfer system through self induced molecular intercellular communication. When the self induced molecular reaches the threshold of quorum sensing systems start to regulate gene expression. Conclusion: the formation of quorum sensing system is involved in the release of bacterial toxins and biological membrane, thus inhibiting quorum sensing system to reduce Pseudomonas aeruginosa virulence and resistance to anti infection treatment of new drug targets.
