【摘要】：目的:綜述銅綠假單胞菌群體感應系統(tǒng)研究進展,從而尋找銅綠假單胞菌治療的新方向。方法:查閱近年來國內(nèi)外相關文獻并對其進行總結(jié)。結(jié)果:群體感應系統(tǒng)是細菌依賴細胞密度,通過自誘導分子進行細胞間交流的信號傳遞系統(tǒng)。當自誘導分子達到閾值時啟動群體感應系統(tǒng)從而調(diào)節(jié)基因表達。結(jié)論:群體感應系統(tǒng)參與細菌毒素的釋放和生物膜的形成,因此通過抑制群體感應系統(tǒng)降低銅綠假單胞菌的致病性和耐藥性成為抗感染治療藥物新靶點。
[Abstract]:Objective: Research Progress of Pseudomonas aeruginosa quorum sensing system review, so as to find a new direction with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods: the related literature at home and abroad in recent years and carries on the summary. Results: the bacterial quorum sensing system is dependent on cell density, signal transfer system through self induced molecular intercellular communication. When the self induced molecular reaches the threshold of quorum sensing systems start to regulate gene expression. Conclusion: the formation of quorum sensing system is involved in the release of bacterial toxins and biological membrane, thus inhibiting quorum sensing system to reduce Pseudomonas aeruginosa virulence and resistance to anti infection treatment of new drug targets.
