【摘要】：在明確養(yǎng)老倫理社會基礎變化的基礎上,闡釋蘊含著時代精神的養(yǎng)老理念和養(yǎng)老服務,臨終關懷在養(yǎng)老服務體系中將獨立化為服務模塊并逐漸凸顯其復合性價值。臨終關懷是養(yǎng)老服務中醫(yī)學人文精神的體現(xiàn),將演進為現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)老服務的具體內容、專業(yè)活動和自覺籌劃。確立臨終關懷的內涵,梳理臨終關懷的外延,論述臨終關懷在養(yǎng)老服務中的角色與實施路徑。臨終關懷在養(yǎng)老服務中將更加廣泛而深入地被醫(yī)務工作者、養(yǎng)老護理員所關注,臨終關懷作為養(yǎng)老服務的必要、重要外延將與餐飲、文娛等服務協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:On the basis of clear changes in the social basis of pension ethics, this paper explains the concept and service of the aged which contains the spirit of the times. Hospice care in the old-age service system will be independent into a service module and gradually highlight its complex value. Hospice care is the embodiment of the humanistic spirit of Chinese medicine in old-age care services will evolve into the specific content of modern pension services. Professional activities and conscious planning. Establish the connotation of hospice care, comb the extension of hospice care. This paper discusses the role of hospice in the old-age service and its implementation path. Hospice care will be more widely and deeply concerned by medical workers and carers in the old-age service, and hospice care as a necessary service for the aged. Important extension will be coordinated with catering, entertainment and other services.
