【摘要】:目的了解醫(yī)院臨床常見葡萄球菌對萬古霉素MIC的變化情況,為臨床應用萬古霉素提供參考。方法 2012年1月-2014年12月利用Vitek2Compact全自動分析儀對常見葡萄球菌鑒定及藥敏試驗結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)作回顧性統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 2012年1月-2014年12月附屬醫(yī)院共分離出950株葡萄球菌,其中金黃色葡萄球菌470株占49.47%,表皮葡萄球菌194株占20.42%,溶血性葡萄球菌164株占17.26%,其他凝固酶陰性葡萄球菌122株占12.84%;三年間金黃色葡萄球菌分離率以及MRSA的檢出率均呈逐年下降趨勢;凝固酶陰性葡萄球菌480株占50.53%,呈逐年上升趨勢,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);共檢出7株萬古霉素中介菌株(VIS),其中4株為VISA;2014年均未檢出萬古霉素中介菌株(VIS),三年間葡萄球菌MIC值變遷不大,2014年MIC值均有不同程度的回落。MIC≤1μg/ml均為主要優(yōu)勢值(≥50%);三年MIC50(μg/ml)均為1,MIC90(μg/ml)幾乎均為2,幾何均值變化較小,均無某種趨勢發(fā)生,無MIC漂移現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論 2012-2014年臨床分離常見葡萄球菌對萬古霉素MIC值、幾何均值變化不大,均無某種趨勢發(fā)生,MIC無漂移現(xiàn)象,仍需繼續(xù)關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of vancomycin MIC in common staphylococci in hospital. To provide a reference for clinical application of vancomycin. From January 2012 to December 2014, the data of common staphylococcus identification and drug sensitivity test were analyzed retrospectively by Vitek2Compact automatic analyzer. A total of 950 strains of Staphylococcus were isolated from affiliated hospitals from January 2012 to December 2014. Among them, 470 strains of Staphylococcus aureus accounted for 49.47%, 194 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis accounted for 20.42%, and 164 strains of haemolytic Staphylococcus accounted for 17.26% strains. 122 strains of other coagulase-negative staphylococci accounted for 12.84 strains. The isolation rate of Staphylococcus aureus and the detection rate of MRSA decreased year by year. 480 strains of coagulase negative staphylococci accounted for 50.53, which showed an increasing trend year by year, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). A total of 7 vancomycin-mediated strains were identified, of which 4 were VISAs. In 2014, no vancomycin-mediated strains were detected, and the MIC values of staphylococci did not change significantly in the past three years.
