【摘要】：目的運(yùn)用評(píng)估-合作模式更好地優(yōu)化病房與醫(yī)院中央運(yùn)輸之間的工作流程,保證患者的安全轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。方法根據(jù)患者轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)指南和醫(yī)院實(shí)際情況自行設(shè)計(jì)"患者檢查評(píng)估表",首先由主管護(hù)士評(píng)估患者病情,確定運(yùn)輸方式,并做好患者受檢的健康宣教,其次由中央運(yùn)輸科的工人根據(jù)護(hù)士評(píng)估結(jié)果選擇運(yùn)輸工具陪檢。結(jié)果在提高工作效率和滿意度的基礎(chǔ)上,有效節(jié)約了人力成本。結(jié)論評(píng)估-合作模式可有效保證患者檢查安全,提高了中央運(yùn)輸工作的效率和服務(wù)品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to use the evaluation mode of cooperation to better optimize the working process of central transportation between wards and hospitals, to ensure the safety of transport patients. Methods according to the actual situation of patients and the hospital to guide transport design "patient assessment table", first by the nurses assessment of the patient's condition, to determine the mode of transport, and do a good job with the subjects of health education secondly, by the Central Department of transport workers according to the evaluation results of nurses select vehicles with inspection. Results in the foundation to improve the work efficiency and satisfaction, effectively save manpower cost. Conclusion evaluation cooperation model can effectively ensure the safety of patients, improve the central transportation work efficiency and service quality.
