【摘要】：通過對"醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合型"養(yǎng)老模式之長期照護(hù)發(fā)展概況及存在的倫理問題的概述,指出未來"醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合型"長期照護(hù)模式應(yīng)加強(qiáng)公立醫(yī)院參與的積極性,減少政府部門多重管理,建立完善的法律法規(guī)及醫(yī)保制度,提高從業(yè)人員及社會(huì)大眾的責(zé)任意識(shí),同時(shí)積極踐行倫理學(xué)的人道與尊重、公平與效率、誠實(shí)與守信等原則,為該模式的發(fā)展提供新思路及新方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the overview of the long-term care development and the existing ethical problems, the author points out that in the future, the long-term care model should strengthen the enthusiasm of public hospitals to participate in the long-term care model. Reduce the number of government departments to manage, establish a sound laws and regulations and health insurance system, improve the responsibility of employees and the general public, while actively practicing ethics of humanity and respect, fairness and efficiency. The principles of honesty and trustworthiness provide new ideas and new directions for the development of this model.
