【摘要】:目前的治療骨關節(jié)炎的方法很多,其中對于早期患者來說,物理療法是一種行之有效的方法。但是物理療法種類多樣,治療的機理也不相同。我們新疆吐魯番的特色沙療,經過實踐證明有很好的療效,各種磁療儀的出現也充分說明了磁療的治療效果。我們考慮將這兩種方法結合起來,研究其是否能有相互協同的作用,為骨性關節(jié)炎的臨床理療提供實驗參考。股骨是動物骨骼主要承載骨,所以本文通過分析股骨各骨質層體積的變化及力學性能數據,結合有限元仿真結果,研究沙療和磁療作用對患骨性關節(jié)炎兔子股骨的影響。本研究采用在新西蘭大白兔右側后腿關節(jié)腔注射木瓜蛋白酶的方法建立OA模型,將其分為磁療組和熱磁沙療組。磁療組放入自制的磁療設備中進行治療,將熱磁沙療組放入磁療設備中并在股骨周圍埋沙進行治療。利用醫(yī)學圖像處理技術獲取股骨各骨質層的體積,通過股骨的力學實驗得到相關的力學性能參數,整理和分析骨質層體積和力學實驗數據。在實驗之后,利用有限元的方法對生物組織的傳熱及實驗環(huán)境進行仿真,得出生物組織的熱場分布及實驗環(huán)境的模擬情況。與實驗結果對比,數據基本吻合。結果顯示股骨的軟質骨體積有明顯的下降趨勢,硬質骨體積有明顯的上升趨勢。同時,對比磁療和熱磁沙療的研究數據可以發(fā)現,磁療組硬質骨體積上升的趨勢要明顯的大于熱磁沙療組,在力學性能方面,磁療組同樣要大于熱磁沙療組。我們從而得出結論,首先磁療和熱磁沙療對由OA所導致的骨質層變化有很好的緩解作用。其次,我們將磁療和沙療結合所采用的這種實驗方案,磁療和沙療沒有達到協同治療的效果。
[Abstract]:There are many methods to treat osteoarthritis, among which physical therapy is an effective method for early patients, but there are many kinds of physical therapy. The mechanism of treatment is also different. Our characteristic sand therapy in Turpan, Xinjiang, has been proved to have a good curative effect. The appearance of various magnetic therapy devices also fully explains the therapeutic effect of magnetic therapy. We consider combining these two methods to study whether they can have a synergistic effect. The femur is the main bearing bone of animal bone, so this paper analyzes the volume change and mechanical performance data of each bone layer of femur, combined with finite element simulation results. To study the effects of sand therapy and magnetic therapy on femur of rabbits with osteoarthritis, the OA model was established by injecting papain into the right hind leg joint of New Zealand white rabbits. It was divided into magnetic therapy group and thermomagnetic sand therapy group. The magnetic therapy group was treated with self-made magnetic therapy equipment. The thermomagnetic sand therapy group was placed in the magnetic therapy equipment and buried around the femur for treatment. The volume of each bone layer of the femur was obtained by medical image processing technology and the relevant mechanical performance parameters were obtained by the mechanical experiment of the femur. After the experiment, the heat transfer and experimental environment of biological tissue were simulated by finite element method. The thermal field distribution of biological tissue and the simulation of experimental environment were obtained. Compared with the experimental results, the data were basically consistent. The results showed that the volume of soft bone of femur had an obvious downward trend. At the same time, comparing the data of magnetic therapy and magnetic sand therapy, we can find that the increasing trend of hard bone volume in magnetic therapy group is obviously larger than that in thermomagnetic sand therapy group, and the mechanical properties of magnetic therapy group are higher than that of magnetic sand therapy group. Magnetic therapy group is also larger than thermomagnetic sand therapy group. We conclude that first magnetic therapy and thermomagnetic sand therapy have a good effect on the bone layer changes caused by OA. Secondly. The combination of magnetic therapy and sand therapy has failed to achieve synergistic effects.
