【摘要】：目的分析老年住院患者的跌倒原因及其護(hù)理措施。方法選取我院2015年2月~2016年7月收治的老年住院跌倒患者25例作為研究對象,分析所有患者年齡、疾病類型及跌倒時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)。觀察不同年齡、疾病類型、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)跌倒情況。結(jié)果 70~80歲患者占為60.00%,神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病占40.00%;7:00~12:00與23:00~7:00時(shí)間段跌倒概率分別為36.00%、44.00%;廁所及床邊跌倒概率分別為52.00%、36.00%。結(jié)論分析老年住院患者跌倒原因,并實(shí)施針對性措施,可有效降低跌倒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes and nursing measures of fall in elderly inpatients. Methods 25 elderly inpatients who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects. The age, disease type, fall time and location of all patients were analyzed. Different age, disease type, time and location of fall were observed. Results 60.00% patients were aged 7080 years. Nervous system diseases accounted for 40.00th. The probability of falling at 7: 00 12: 00 and 23: 00 7: 00 is 36.00 and 44.00 respectively. The probability of falling down by toilet and bedside was 52.00 and 36.00.Conclusion analyzing the causes of fall in elderly inpatients and carrying out targeted measures can effectively reduce the risk of fall.
