【摘要】：目的:在手術(shù)室對(duì)宮腔鏡檢查術(shù)患者實(shí)施整體護(hù)理,通過(guò)患者主觀感受調(diào)查及不同時(shí)期的血流動(dòng)力學(xué)變化情況及血漿IL-6濃度水平,客觀評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的變化,為整體護(hù)理在手術(shù)室的應(yīng)用推廣提供依據(jù)。方法:擬在局麻下行宮腔鏡檢查術(shù)患者80例,按照數(shù)字隨機(jī)表法分為觀察組(40例)和對(duì)照組(40例),觀察組采用手術(shù)室整體護(hù)理,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理,比較兩組患者護(hù)理后的HAMA評(píng)分、HAMD評(píng)分及滿意度評(píng)分,記錄患者各時(shí)點(diǎn)血流動(dòng)力學(xué)變化及血漿IL-6濃度。結(jié)果:觀察組患者護(hù)理后憂慮及焦慮發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組患者(P0.05),觀察組患者滿意度高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),觀察組術(shù)中及術(shù)后平均動(dòng)脈壓、心率及血漿IL-6水平均低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在手術(shù)室對(duì)宮腔鏡檢查術(shù)的患者開展整體護(hù)理,護(hù)理效果好,能有效降低患者的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的程度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to carry out holistic nursing care for patients undergoing hysteroscopy in operating room, and to investigate the changes of hemodynamics and the level of plasma IL-6 in different periods through the investigation of patients' subjective feelings. Objective evaluation of stress response to provide a basis for the application of holistic nursing in the operating room. Methods: 80 patients undergoing hysteroscopy under local anesthesia. According to the method of digital random table, the patients were divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The observation group was given holistic nursing in the operating room and the control group was given routine nursing. The HAMA scores of the two groups were compared after nursing. HAMD score and satisfaction score. Results: the incidence of anxiety and anxiety in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The mean arterial pressure during and after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Heart rate and plasma IL-6 level were lower than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the holistic nursing care of patients undergoing hysteroscopy in the operating room is effective. It can effectively reduce the degree of stress response of patients.
