【摘要】：目的:探討結(jié)構(gòu)化皮膚護(hù)理方案對(duì)降低患者失禁性皮炎患病率的應(yīng)用效果。方法:收治大便失禁患者90例,分兩組,各45例,對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理方法進(jìn)行護(hù)理,觀察組實(shí)施結(jié)構(gòu)化皮膚護(hù)理。比較患者失禁性皮炎的嚴(yán)重程度,評(píng)價(jià)患者肛周皮膚狀況。結(jié)果:觀察組失禁性皮炎明顯低于對(duì)照組,壓瘡發(fā)生率也低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:結(jié)構(gòu)化皮膚護(hù)理可以降低患者皮膚暴露糞便的頻率,降低了壓瘡發(fā)生率,減輕了臨床護(hù)理負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the application of structured skin care program to reduce the prevalence of incontinence dermatitis in patients. Methods: 90 cases of fecal incontinence were treated with two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with structured skin care. To compare the severity of incontinence dermatitis and to evaluate the condition of the perianal skin. Results: the incontinence dermatitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of pressure ulcers was lower than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: structured skin care can reduce the frequency of the patient's skin exposure, reduce the incidence of pressure sore and reduce the burden of clinical nursing.
