【摘要】:目的采用血流向量成像技術(shù)(VFM)探討高血壓(HP)和主動(dòng)脈瓣關(guān)閉不全(AR)患者的左心室舒張末期平均能量損耗(AELEDLV)對(duì)左心房前后徑及室間隔厚度的影響。方法將患者分為正常組、AR組、HP組及HP+AR組,每組15例。采用VFM分析各組心電圖R波頂點(diǎn)四腔心的AELEDLV,測(cè)量舒張期末室間隔厚度和左心房前后徑。結(jié)果 HP+AR組AELEDLV顯著高于HP組、AR組及正常組(P均0.01),HP組及AR組高于正常組(P0.01);AELEDLV、左心房前后徑及室間隔厚度均為HP+AR組HP組AR組正常組,AELEDLV與左心房前后徑呈正相關(guān)(r=0.98,P=0.025)。結(jié)論 AR及HP均可增加AELEDLV,HP合并AR可進(jìn)一步增加AELEDLV,AELEDLV的增加可能是導(dǎo)致左心房增大及室間隔增厚的重要因素之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of left ventricular end diastolic mean energy loss (AELEDLV) on left atrial anteroposterior diameter and interventricular septal thickness in patients with hypertension (HP) and aortic insufficiency (AR) by flow vector imaging (VFM). Methods the patients were divided into the normal group, the AR group, the HP group and the HP+AR group, with 15 cases in each group. The AELEDLV of four cavities at the vertex of R wave at the vertex of electrocardiogram was analyzed by VFM. The thickness of diastolic ventricular septum and the diameter of left atrium were measured. Results AELEDLV in HP+AR group was significantly higher than that in HP group, AR group and normal group (P 0.01), HP group and AR group were higher than those of normal group (P0.01), AELEDLV, left atrial anteroposterior diameter and interventricular septum thickness were all normal group of HP+AR group, HP group and normal group, and there was a positive correlation between left atrium and anterior and posterior diameters of left atrium. Conclusion AR and HP can increase AELEDLV. HP plus AR can further increase AELEDLV and AELEDLV may be an important factor leading to increased left atrium and thickening of interventricular septum.
