【摘要】：目的 :評價集束化護理在老年患者骨科術(shù)后下肢深靜脈血栓預(yù)防中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 :選取2014年1-6月在我科進行大手術(shù)的患者70例為對照組,實施骨科的常規(guī)護理;選取2014年7-12月在我科進行大手術(shù)的患者67例為實驗組,在常規(guī)護理的基礎(chǔ)上采用集束化護理措施,比較兩組患者下肢深靜脈血栓的發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 :實驗組下肢深靜脈血栓發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組(χ2=30.435,P=0.046)。結(jié)論:集束化護理措施可有效降低患者下肢深靜脈血栓的發(fā)生率,促進患者的康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To evaluate the effect of cluster nursing on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities in the Department of orthopedics for the elderly patients. Methods: 70 cases from 2014 1-6 month for major surgery in our department were selected as control group, conventional nursing in Department of Orthopedics; 67 cases from 2014 7-12 month for major surgery in our hospital patients as the experimental group, the nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing care, the incidence of two groups of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Results: the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (x 2=30.435, P=0.046). Conclusion: the cluster nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities, and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
