組織美德與地方政府的道德角色與社會(huì)責(zé)任感之間的關(guān)系

  組織道德和組織責(zé)任文化是相互依存的,因此這些道德和責(zé)任對(duì)內(nèi)部或外部刺激作出反應(yīng)。本研究通過(guò)探討地方政府中組織效能感與道德角色知覺(jué)的關(guān)系以及組織效能感與社會(huì)責(zé)任知覺(jué)的關(guān)系,考察了員工道德行為的潛力。組織美德行為對(duì)組織的整體道德領(lǐng)域有著重要的影響,特別是從員工的角度來(lái)看,他們是組織成功的關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者和關(guān)鍵角色。同時(shí),本研究認(rèn)為,一個(gè)組織的美德行為強(qiáng)調(diào)與其公共服務(wù)相關(guān)的社會(huì)義務(wù)。如前所述,美德行為與道德和社會(huì)責(zé)任之間的直接聯(lián)系是復(fù)雜的,超越了直接的因果關(guān)系。因此,組織效能感在促進(jìn)組織道德和社會(huì)責(zé)任與組織美德行為的關(guān)系中起著顯著的中介作用。這些研究結(jié)果與之前研究效能對(duì)組織績(jī)效和成功的影響的結(jié)果一致。因此,本研究以組織效能感、倫理道德和社會(huì)責(zé)任感三個(gè)維度的認(rèn)同作為支撐,并提出了進(jìn)一步發(fā)展組織美德理論的工作要求。還強(qiáng)調(diào)了有目的的工作在支持某一地方政府機(jī)構(gòu)的道德意識(shí)和責(zé)任感方面的重要作用。為此,本研究從巴基斯坦34個(gè)地區(qū)的教育機(jī)構(gòu)雇員及管理人員中抽取了 384名受訪者作為樣本。為了驗(yàn)證模型中的假設(shè),本研究使用了 SPSS V 21的多層次開(kāi)伯爾一普赫?qǐng)D赫瓦省回歸分析。這項(xiàng)研究有助于通過(guò)一個(gè)巴基斯坦...
