本文旨在透過比較研究的視角,分析中國政府在兩個階段,即2003-2012年與2013-2017年,對于創(chuàng)立新環(huán)境政策做出的貢獻。中國政府已充分認識到環(huán)境污染問題,開始實施新的法律和政策來改善狀況。在過去的16年里,在國內(nèi)和國際層面上,中國對于環(huán)境保護和氣候變化的態(tài)度,已呈現(xiàn)出明顯的改觀。諸如能源多樣化、推廣可再生資源、能源節(jié)約,以及重組政府機構(gòu)等措施,已成為中國政府解決環(huán)境問題的新手段。
