【摘要】：歐洲華僑華人經濟的發(fā)展經歷了幾個不同的階段,蕭條、低速發(fā)展、迅速發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定發(fā)展等階段。改革開放以來,歐洲華僑華人人數日漸擴大,其經濟實力、產業(yè)規(guī)模、行業(yè)分布、經營方式等都上升到了一個新的層次。本研究所選取的歐洲國家都是在歐盟范圍內,論文中選取了東歐、西歐、南歐、北歐中幾個比較典型的國家進行研究。2009年,以希臘、葡萄牙、西班牙、意大利、愛爾蘭五國為首的歐盟國家遭遇了嚴重的主權債務危機,而身在其中的華僑華人經濟也遭受了不同程度的打擊。面對這沉重的打擊,原本已到發(fā)展瓶頸期的華僑華人經濟的弊端暴露無遺,傳統(tǒng)的中餐業(yè)、服裝業(yè)、皮革業(yè)等在產業(yè)價值鏈的末端徘徊不前。建國早期,中歐經貿往來較少,旅歐的華僑華人難以在中歐貿易中獲益,近些年來,中歐關系發(fā)展友好,高層互訪頻繁,中歐貿易互動升溫,而加之歐債危機的沖擊,華僑華人經濟正處于一個特殊的歷史發(fā)展時期,盡管歐債危機使得華僑華人經濟下滑,但同時也為華僑華人經濟提供了一個千載難逢的機會。本研究將歐洲華僑華人經濟的發(fā)展置身于歐債危機的大背景下,探討歐洲華僑華人經濟發(fā)展的制約因素。通過對歐洲華僑華人經濟的發(fā)展歷程以及中歐經貿關系的發(fā)展來分析其發(fā)展特點,并著重分析歐洲華僑華人經濟發(fā)展存在的弊端。二戰(zhàn)后,歐洲華僑華人經濟經歷了資本迅速積累的三十年。然而發(fā)展終究會伴隨著一系列問題的產生,歐洲華僑華人經濟在其發(fā)展過程中也產生一系列的問題,歐債危機使得華僑華人經濟停滯不前。本研究亦嘗試探索歐洲華僑華人經濟發(fā)展存在的種種制約因素和面臨的挑戰(zhàn),將華僑華人經濟與中歐經濟合作結合在一起,提出具有針對性的建議和對策,探索一條更好的發(fā)展之路,實現(xiàn)歐洲華僑華人經濟更加健康有序的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of overseas Chinese economy in Europe has gone through several different stages, such as depression, low speed development, rapid development and steady development. Since the reform and opening up, the number of overseas Chinese in Europe has expanded day by day, and its economic strength, industrial scale, industry distribution and management mode have all risen to a new level. The European countries selected in this study are all within the scope of the European Union. In this paper, we selected several more typical countries in Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Southern Europe and Northern Europe. 2009, to Greece, Portugal, Spain, Italy, The EU countries headed by Ireland have suffered from a serious sovereign debt crisis, and the economies of overseas Chinese and ethnic Chinese in them have also been hit to varying degrees. In the face of this heavy blow, the disadvantages of the overseas Chinese economy, which had already reached the bottleneck period of development, were exposed, and the traditional Chinese food industry, clothing industry, leather industry and so on were hesitating at the end of the industrial value chain. In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, economic and trade exchanges between China and the EU were relatively small, making it difficult for overseas Chinese and ethnic Chinese travelling to Europe to benefit from China-EU trade. In recent years, China-EU relations have developed friendly, high-level visits have been frequent, China-EU trade interaction has heated up, and the impact of the European debt crisis has The overseas Chinese economy is in a special historical development period. Although the European debt crisis caused the overseas Chinese economy to decline, it also provided a rare opportunity for the overseas Chinese economy. This study puts the economic development of overseas Chinese and Chinese in Europe under the background of European debt crisis and probes into the restrictive factors of the economic development of overseas Chinese and Chinese in Europe. By analyzing the development course of the overseas Chinese economy in Europe and the development of the economic and trade relations between China and the EU, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the development, and emphatically analyzes the disadvantages of the economic development of the overseas Chinese and the overseas Chinese in Europe. After World War II, the overseas Chinese economy in Europe experienced a rapid accumulation of capital for 30 years. However, the development will eventually be accompanied by a series of problems, and a series of problems will arise in the process of the development of the overseas Chinese economy in Europe, and the European debt crisis has made the overseas Chinese economy stagnant. This study also attempts to explore the various constraints and challenges to the economic development of overseas Chinese and Chinese in Europe, combining the economic development of overseas Chinese and Chinese with China-EU economic cooperation, and putting forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures. Explore a better way to achieve a healthy and orderly economic development of overseas Chinese in Europe.
