【摘要】：社會(huì)組織在新中國(guó)的歷史已有60余年,經(jīng)歷了"政治社團(tuán)"階段、單一發(fā)展階段、多元發(fā)展階段以及回歸本質(zhì)并增速發(fā)展的階段�；�"國(guó)家與社會(huì)"的視角,對(duì)中國(guó)社會(huì)組織的發(fā)展軌跡及脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行歷史考察,可以看出,盡管其過(guò)程比較曲折,但總體發(fā)展已經(jīng)步入正軌。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)社會(huì)組織及其管理體制的改革仍面臨著思想認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū)、獲取資源艱難和運(yùn)作不規(guī)范等困境的制約。只有解決好這些問(wèn)題,才能使社會(huì)組織真正成為國(guó)家與社會(huì)之間的一股緩沖力量,在社會(huì)自治中發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的作用。
[Abstract]:The history of social organization in New China has been more than 60 years, which has gone through the stage of "political association", the stage of single development, the stage of pluralistic development and the stage of returning to essence and increasing the speed of development.Based on the perspective of "state and society", this paper makes a historical investigation of the development track and context of Chinese social organizations. It can be seen that although the process is tortuous, the overall development has been on the right track.At present, the reform of social organization and its management system in our country is still faced with some difficulties, such as misunderstanding, difficulty in obtaining resources and irregular operation.Only by solving these problems can social organizations become a buffer force between the state and society and play their due role in social autonomy.
