【摘要】：為改善網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防護(hù)水平,提出一種基于偏最小二乘(PLS)法和核向量機(jī)(CVM)的組合式異常入侵檢測方法.首先,采用PLS算法提取網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)的主成分,構(gòu)建特征集;然后,利用CVM構(gòu)建特征集的異常入侵檢測模型,進(jìn)而完成異常入侵檢測和判定.仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所提出的方法具有CVM的大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)快速處理能力,而且檢測性能與L1-SVM和L2-SVM大致相當(dāng),尤其主成分?jǐn)?shù)為1 538時(shí)能保持相對較高的檢測水平,驗(yàn)證了將其用于異常入侵檢測的有效性和可行性.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the level of network security protection, a combined anomaly intrusion detection method based on partial least squares (PLS) method and kernel vector machine (CVM) is proposed. Firstly, the PLS algorithm is used to extract the principal components of the network data and construct the feature set, and then the anomaly intrusion detection model of the signature set is constructed by using CVM, and then the abnormal intrusion detection and judgment are completed. The simulation results show that the proposed method has the large-scale data processing ability of CVM, and the detection performance is about the same as that of L1-SVM and L2-SVM, especially when the principal component fraction is 1538, it can maintain a relatively high detection level, which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method for abnormal intrusion detection.
