【摘要】：信息技術(shù)不斷的推動(dòng)者銀行機(jī)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的飛速發(fā)展的同時(shí)，，網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全給銀行帶來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素也越來越多。基層銀行作為銀行的一線機(jī)構(gòu)，各種因素導(dǎo)致對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息建設(shè)不夠重視而帶來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更加嚴(yán)重。在數(shù)據(jù)集中化的大時(shí)代中，如何利用現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造，保障各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的正常平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行成為了基層銀行日益迫切的需求。 本文結(jié)合農(nóng)發(fā)行撫州市分行的實(shí)際情況，從基層銀行的實(shí)際角度出發(fā)整理數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的安全隱患，提出基層銀行網(wǎng)絡(luò)升級(jí)改造中各項(xiàng)需求，并為其設(shè)計(jì)一套行之有效的方案加以實(shí)施。整個(gè)信息安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)充分利用基層行現(xiàn)有的資源和設(shè)備，立足在成本與安全之間取得平衡點(diǎn)。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的基層行信息安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)采用了物理隔離、邏輯隔離、訪問控制、身份認(rèn)證、全面防護(hù)、雙機(jī)熱備、入侵檢查等多種技術(shù)手段，并實(shí)施于農(nóng)發(fā)行撫州市分行的安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)之中，取得了較好的效果、 網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全體系的建立從來不是一朝一夕的事，信息技術(shù)日新月異的發(fā)展還將給網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息工作者帶來新的挑戰(zhàn)。希望本文中能給整個(gè)農(nóng)發(fā)行信息建設(shè)帶來一些新的思路，也希望能給整個(gè)基層銀行的信息安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)給予參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the business of banking institutions, the network information security brings more and more risk factors to the bank. As a front-line institution of banks, various factors lead to the risk of not paying enough attention to the construction of network information. In the era of data centralization, how to use the existing network equipment to upgrade and transform to ensure the normal and smooth operation of various businesses has become an increasingly urgent demand of grass-roots banks. Based on the actual situation of Fuzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, this paper collates the hidden dangers in the data network from the actual point of view of grass-roots banks, puts forward the needs in the upgrading and transformation of the network of grass-roots banks, and designs a set of effective schemes for it to be implemented. The design and implementation of the whole information security network make full use of the existing resources and equipment of the grass-roots bank, and strike a balance between cost and security. The information security network designed in this paper adopts many kinds of technical means, such as physical isolation, logical isolation, access control, identity authentication, comprehensive protection, dual machine hot standby, intrusion inspection and so on, and has been implemented in the construction of security network of Fuzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, and has achieved good results. The establishment of network security system has never been a matter of overnight. The rapid development of information technology will also bring new challenges to network information workers. It is hoped that this paper can bring some new ideas to the information construction of the whole Agricultural Development Bank, and also hope to give reference to the information security network construction of the whole grass-roots bank.
