基于云框架的移動醫(yī)療信息化服務(wù)平臺的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著醫(yī)療信息化技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和云計(jì)算技術(shù)的持續(xù)升溫,區(qū)域醫(yī)療信息化已開始成為學(xué)術(shù)界和醫(yī)療行業(yè)的一個熱門話題。傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)療信息化已經(jīng)不能跟上人們不斷改變的生活方式和日益增長的需求。醫(yī)療信息化在服務(wù)醫(yī)患的角色中已經(jīng)無法充分滿足醫(yī)生對于數(shù)據(jù)處理效率、業(yè)務(wù)的并發(fā)處理時間的需求,同時,隨著醫(yī)改的不斷深入,小型的醫(yī)療結(jié)構(gòu)在信息化部署上面臨前所未有的困境,醫(yī)療信息的充分共享和醫(yī)療信息化的快速部署成為政府和醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的愿望。 針對以上問題,本文提出一個基于云計(jì)算的醫(yī)療信息化服務(wù)平臺(MICA),將基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)療服務(wù)部署到云環(huán)境中,在降低終端設(shè)備要求的同時,延伸到了多個節(jié)點(diǎn)上,從而獲得了多點(diǎn)計(jì)算能力和可擴(kuò)展的數(shù)據(jù)存儲能力。該平臺面向醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)和普通用戶。在醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)和廣大普通患者之間,建立起兩者間信息通信的橋梁,這正是該服務(wù)體系在技術(shù)和服務(wù)模式上的創(chuàng)新。 在詳細(xì)研究基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)療信息化及其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、SOA體系架構(gòu)、云計(jì)算以及云計(jì)算關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文首先提出基于云框架的醫(yī)療信息化服務(wù)體系的整體架構(gòu),并分別從云計(jì)算基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施層、云平臺支撐層和應(yīng)用服務(wù)提供層三個方面進(jìn)行分析。進(jìn)而對醫(yī)院私有云服務(wù)平臺進(jìn)行研究,并且在私有云平臺基礎(chǔ)上,對基于私有云醫(yī)療信息化服務(wù)平臺進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析與設(shè)計(jì),包括整體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、必要性分析與設(shè)計(jì)以及數(shù)據(jù)模型分析設(shè)計(jì)等。最后,給出基于私有云的基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)療信息化服務(wù)平臺的原型實(shí)現(xiàn),,分別從平臺的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施層、支撐層和應(yīng)用服務(wù)提供層三個層次,結(jié)合作者參與的臨床護(hù)理項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的論述。主要包括了項(xiàng)目中的臨床護(hù)理、移動輸液和醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)BI接口。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of medical information technology and the continuous heating of cloud computing technology, regional medical information has become a hot topic in academia and medical industry. Traditional medical information has been unable to keep up with people's changing lifestyle and growing demand. The role of medical information in serving doctors and patients has been unable to fully meet the needs of doctors for the efficiency of data processing and the concurrent processing time of business. At the same time, with the deepening of medical reform, the small medical structure is facing unprecedented difficulties in the deployment of information. The full sharing of medical information and the rapid deployment of medical information have become the aspirations of the government and medical institutions. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a medical information service platform (MICA), based on cloud computing to deploy basic medical services to the cloud environment, which not only reduces the requirements of terminal devices, but also extends to multiple nodes, thus obtaining multi-point computing power and extensible data storage capacity. The platform is aimed at medical institutions and ordinary users. Between the medical institutions and the majority of ordinary patients, the bridge of information communication between the two is established, which is the innovation of the service system in technology and service mode. Based on the detailed study of basic medical information and its development, SOA architecture, cloud computing and key technologies of cloud computing, this paper first proposes the overall architecture of medical information service system based on cloud framework, and analyzes it from three aspects: cloud computing infrastructure layer, cloud platform support layer and application service provider layer. Then the hospital private cloud service platform is studied, and on the basis of the private cloud platform, the medical information service platform based on private cloud is analyzed and designed in detail, including the overall architecture design, necessity analysis and design, data model analysis and design, and so on. Finally, the prototype implementation of the basic medical information service platform based on private cloud is given, which is discussed in detail from three levels: the infrastructure layer, the support layer and the application service providing layer of the platform, combined with the clinical nursing project in which the author participates. It mainly includes clinical nursing, mobile infusion and medical data BI interface in the project.
