基于極端價格過濾的云計算虛擬資源租賃算法

【摘要】:為實現(xiàn)云計算服務(wù)用戶虛擬資源租賃利潤最大化,提出一種新的云計算虛擬資源租賃算法。在由虛擬資源供應(yīng)商、云服務(wù)提供商和最終用戶組成的三功能模塊云計算環(huán)境下,給出虛擬資源租賃利潤計算目標(biāo)。考慮價格的分布性和任務(wù)緊迫性,利用孤立點檢測方法對弱平穩(wěn)價格序列進行極端價格過濾,同時設(shè)計弱平衡算子,通過指數(shù)函數(shù)控制目標(biāo)函數(shù)曲線的整體形狀,采用非均勻變異算子進行局部算子微調(diào),實現(xiàn)未來價格的有效預(yù)測以及處理任務(wù)虛擬機租金價格的最優(yōu)化選取。實驗結(jié)果表明,該算法可有效提高虛擬資源的利用效率和租賃利潤,并降低其使用成本。
[Abstract]:In order to maximize the virtual resource lease profit of the cloud computing service users, a new virtual resource leasing algorithm for cloud computing is proposed. In a three-functional module cloud computing environment, which is composed of a virtual resource supplier, a cloud service provider and an end user, a virtual resource lease profit calculation target is given. considering the distribution and the task urgency of the price, the weak stationary price sequence is subjected to extreme price filtering by using an isolated point detection method, a weak balance operator is designed, a non-uniform mutation operator is adopted to perform local operator fine adjustment through the integral shape of the exponential function control target function curve, So as to realize the effective prediction of the future price and the optimization selection of the rent price of the processing task virtual machine. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the utilization efficiency and lease profit of the virtual resources, and reduce the use cost.
