【摘要】：本文以華體公司的資金管控系統(tǒng)作為主要研究對(duì)象。分析當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,在高速發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下,企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)尤為激烈,而華體公司目前仍存在著組織和人員權(quán)限不明確,資金利用率不高,信息化和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較低的現(xiàn)狀,公司為了逐漸縮小經(jīng)營(yíng)成本壓力,不得不縮減開(kāi)支,優(yōu)化資金管理體制,公司管理者總結(jié)華體公司的管理現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)營(yíng)要求,急需創(chuàng)建一套適合本公司發(fā)展的管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)行資金管控,進(jìn)一步改善和健全財(cái)務(wù)管理職能,努力把資金運(yùn)作的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)處于可控狀態(tài),為公司建立一套行之有效的資金管控系統(tǒng)勢(shì)在必行。SaaS模式,以租賃方式使用服務(wù)和技術(shù),加快信息化的進(jìn)度,增強(qiáng)信息化的發(fā)展,盡量避免企業(yè)因資金緊缺、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較差的困境,能夠使企業(yè)可以較低的價(jià)格引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的技術(shù),增強(qiáng)資金的流通的速度,提高同行間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層面深層次剖析SaaS模式的優(yōu)勢(shì),結(jié)合本公司的實(shí)際情況,決定把這套行之有效的資金管控系統(tǒng)與SaaS模式結(jié)合,走出一條符合本公司的資金管理路線。本文介紹了以下幾方面的內(nèi)容:首先,介紹了資金管控系統(tǒng)和SaaS模式在國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際迅速的發(fā)展、深入,分析最前沿的資金管控理念和較為流行的SaaS模式的優(yōu)勢(shì),結(jié)合當(dāng)前華體公司的現(xiàn)狀,論證資金管控系統(tǒng)在華體公司實(shí)施的重大意義。其次,結(jié)合企業(yè)發(fā)展定律,描述系統(tǒng)在開(kāi)發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)中所采用的技術(shù)和路線。再次,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的需求進(jìn)行分析與設(shè)計(jì),搭建Race開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)界面,建立數(shù)據(jù)模型,設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表。最后,系統(tǒng)需求實(shí)現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)闡述了根據(jù)需求和設(shè)計(jì)在Race開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)集成工具上二次設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)、調(diào)試;系統(tǒng)測(cè)試對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的、全面的測(cè)試,執(zhí)行性能調(diào)優(yōu)和系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化,確保系統(tǒng)滿足華體資金綜合管理的需要。本系統(tǒng)建立于Race開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)上;采用SOA研發(fā)模式實(shí)現(xiàn)平臺(tái)統(tǒng)一化;采用SaaS應(yīng)用模式,做到與SOA靈活結(jié)合;系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)采用Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)處理和存儲(chǔ)提供了技術(shù)保障;使用B/S模式對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外提供服務(wù);采用Sql預(yù)編譯機(jī)制防止SQL注入式攻擊;使用J2EE服務(wù)器為用戶節(jié)省許多費(fèi)用。
