基于HTML5的流程工業(yè)生產(chǎn)裝置實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)Web可視化
[Abstract]:The safe and stable operation of the production device in the process industry is the premise and guarantee of the normal production activities of the enterprise, so it is of great significance to monitor the real-time status information of the production device. The real-time monitoring web visualization system of the production device can effectively realize the data integration among various industrial control systems, and visually display the real-time data of the production device in the form of a webpage dynamic graph, and provides timely and accurate production data information for the enterprise management personnel. The web visualization system of the present stage is mainly developed by the traditional Web, and the server-side transaction pressure is large, the client performance is insufficient, and the real-time performance is poor; the on-line fault diagnosis technology algorithm based on the B/ S mode is complex, the server resource is large and the development is difficult, The actual demand cannot be well met. In recent years, the HTML5 technology has a great advantage in the Web application with large data volume and high real-time performance, so it is of great practical significance and application value to study the real-time monitoring of Web visualization system based on HTML5-based flow industrial production device. Based on the detailed analysis of the development status and technical characteristics of the real-time monitoring web visualization system, a design party for real-time monitoring of the Web visualization system based on the HTML5-based flow industrial production device is presented. The method takes the Web Socket protocol in HTML5 instead of the traditional polling mode as the network communication protocol of the system, and provides a self-triggering mechanism for real-time monitoring the Web visualization, and the active push of the data on the server side is realized. The paper presents a dynamic web page display method with no plug-in type on the browser end based on the Canvas drawing technology, and provides a quick on-line instrument fault diagnosis method based on the data distribution characteristic in combination with the characteristics of the actual production data of the process industrial production device, and the method based on the ASP.NET development level Design and development of real-time monitoring of Web visualization system based on HTML5-based production device The experimental results show that the fault diagnosis method based on the data distribution feature can make the on-line fault diagnosis more rapid and accurate, and the network communication protocol based on the Web Socket technology can establish a full-duplex real-time network between the server end and the browser end. The network throughput and the server pressure are effectively reduced, the active data push of the server end is successfully realized in combination with the event-based self-triggering mechanism, the problem of the browser-dependent plug-in is effectively solved by using the Canvas drawing technology, The web visualization system developed by HTML5 provides an effective solution for networked real-time monitoring of process industrial production devices
