【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的高速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全問題日益突出。諸如惡意入侵、惡作劇式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)搗亂行為、網(wǎng)絡(luò)病毒的傳播、惡意網(wǎng)頁(yè)和軟件漏洞等方面,都成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全脆弱的因素,而以上這些行為,在電力企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中因防范措施不足而變得尤為容易,因此保障網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全至關(guān)重要。無論是在局域網(wǎng)還是在廣域網(wǎng),都存在來自多方面的潛在威脅,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的保障措施應(yīng)能全方位地針對(duì)各種不同的威脅,這樣才能確保網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的保密性、完整性和可用性。論文針對(duì)冀北電力檢修公司使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不同情況相應(yīng)地采取不同的措施,通過深入調(diào)研和系統(tǒng)分析,完成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全保障方案的設(shè)計(jì)。論文主要內(nèi)容和工作包括:(1)首先,對(duì)檢修公司的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全需求進(jìn)行了分析。主要包括兩個(gè)方面,一方面是網(wǎng)絡(luò)的類型、結(jié)構(gòu)和整體布局對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全的影響;另一方面是公司不同職責(zé)的部門、不同崗位的員工所涉及的信息安全需求。根據(jù)調(diào)研情況,分析了目前公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全需要彌補(bǔ)和加強(qiáng)的地方。其次,結(jié)合上述需求給出保障方案總體框架。(2)設(shè)計(jì)了保障公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全的技術(shù)方案。根據(jù)檢修公司自身的特點(diǎn),綜合利用多種技術(shù)手段來確保公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)的信息安全。研究提出保障網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全的管理方案。對(duì)冀北電力有限公司和檢修公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全管理的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度進(jìn)行梳理,對(duì)照前期找出的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全漏洞和影響因素,查驗(yàn)管理方面存在的問題和不足,并提出制度方面的改善措施。(3)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全保障方案的驗(yàn)證與實(shí)踐。建設(shè)相關(guān)環(huán)境,落實(shí)保障方案設(shè)計(jì)中的每項(xiàng)舉措并驗(yàn)證其可行性。論文從采取相應(yīng)的技術(shù)手段和完善公司管理規(guī)章制度兩方面入手,完成了冀北電力檢修公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全保障方案設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)于建立健全公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全體系,保障辦公、生產(chǎn)的正常運(yùn)行具有重要意義,同時(shí)也為其他電力企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全工作的開展提供了參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the network, the problem of network information security is becoming more and more prominent. Such as malicious intrusion, prankster network troublesome behavior, the spread of network virus, malicious web page and software loophole and so on, have become the fragile factors of network information security, and these behaviors are particularly easy in the power enterprise network because of the lack of preventive measures, so it is very important to ensure the network information security. There are many potential threats in both local area network and wide area network. The safeguard measures of network security should be able to target all kinds of different threats in an all-round way, so as to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of network information. According to the different situation of using network in Hebei Electric Power maintenance Company, this paper takes different measures accordingly, and completes the design of network information security scheme through in-depth investigation and system analysis. The main contents and work of this paper are as follows: (1) first, the network information security requirements of the maintenance company are analyzed. It mainly includes two aspects, on the one hand, it is the influence of the type, structure and overall layout of the network on the network information security; on the other hand, it is the information security requirements of the different responsible departments and employees of different positions. According to the investigation situation, this paper analyzes the places where the network information security of the company needs to be made up and strengthened at present. Secondly, according to the above requirements, the overall framework of the security scheme is given. (2) the technical scheme to ensure the network information security of the company is designed. According to the characteristics of the maintenance company itself, comprehensive use of a variety of technical means to ensure the information security of the company network. The management scheme to ensure the security of network information is studied and put forward. This paper combs the relevant rules and regulations of the network information security management of Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd. And the maintenance company, compares the network information security loopholes and influencing factors found out in the previous period, examines the existing problems and shortcomings in the management, and puts forward the improvement measures of the system. (3) the verification and practice of the network information security guarantee scheme. Build the relevant environment, implement each measure in the design of the guarantee scheme and verify its feasibility. Starting with the corresponding technical means and perfecting the management rules and regulations of the company, this paper completes the design of the network information security guarantee scheme of Hebei Electric Power maintenance Company, which is of great significance for establishing and perfecting the network information security system of the company, ensuring the normal operation of the office and production, and also providing a reference for the development of the network information security work of other electric power enterprises.
