基于WCF技術(shù)的HLEM網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控平臺(tái)下供暖管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:作為當(dāng)前信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)至關(guān)重要的組成部分,無(wú)線通信技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展已不再局限于移動(dòng)終端間的高速數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,而是面向數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)臄?shù)字化及終端設(shè)備的智能化方向延伸。同時(shí),面對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)日益復(fù)雜的行業(yè)發(fā)展競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì),信息化建設(shè)在國(guó)家安全供暖監(jiān)察部門(mén)對(duì)各供暖經(jīng)營(yíng)單位進(jìn)行有效安全供暖監(jiān)督管理中起著越發(fā)重要的作用,安全供暖信息化建設(shè)在安全供暖監(jiān)察過(guò)程中運(yùn)用和普及將有效保證國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。本文從當(dāng)前HLEM網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控平臺(tái)下基于WCF中所面臨的手段落后、監(jiān)察尺度不統(tǒng)一、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)供暖監(jiān)控效率低下等實(shí)際問(wèn)題出發(fā),針對(duì)HLEM網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控平臺(tái)下基于WCF的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)一種新型的移動(dòng)供暖監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。在構(gòu)建Android+ARM的軟硬件平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合3G無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信及GIS定位導(dǎo)航技術(shù),提出基于Android的移動(dòng)HLEM網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控平臺(tái)下基于WCF管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)方案,為安全供暖監(jiān)察相關(guān)部門(mén)提供移動(dòng)、統(tǒng)一、高效的辦公供暖監(jiān)控平臺(tái)。系統(tǒng)移動(dòng)供暖監(jiān)控終端通過(guò)3G無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信提供無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)訪問(wèn)能力。同時(shí),服務(wù)器端搭建完善的安全供暖信息、相關(guān)供暖監(jiān)控信息配置大型SQLite數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),移動(dòng)供暖監(jiān)控終端構(gòu)建并獨(dú)立運(yùn)行Android自帶SQLite數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),通過(guò)JDBC交互接口實(shí)現(xiàn)與服務(wù)器端SQLite數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的數(shù)據(jù)交互及同步。基于Android的HLEM網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控平臺(tái)下基于WCF管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)包含了定位導(dǎo)航管理、安全供暖信息管理、危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品信息管理、安全從而有效杜絕潛在安全事故隱患導(dǎo)致的各種損失供暖法律法規(guī)查詢、證件查詢、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)供暖監(jiān)控和應(yīng)急救援輔助等功能。本文提出的基于Android的HLEM網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控平臺(tái)下基于WCF管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,在安全供暖領(lǐng)域暫無(wú)此涉及。通過(guò)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)HLEM網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控平臺(tái)下基于WCF流程引入先進(jìn)的數(shù)字信息化、移動(dòng)化管理技術(shù),為HLEM網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控平臺(tái)下基于WCF流程提供了更高效的解決方案,大大提高HLEM網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控平臺(tái)下基于WCF效率,促進(jìn)企業(yè)安全供暖的規(guī)范化管理,從而有效杜絕潛在安全事故隱患導(dǎo)致的各種損失,具有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the current information technology industry, the rapid development of wireless communication technology is no longer limited to the high-speed data transmission between mobile terminals, but the digitization of data transmission and the extension of the intelligent direction of terminal equipment. At the same time, in the face of the increasingly complex domestic industry development and competition situation, information construction plays a more and more important role in the effective safety heating supervision and management of each heating management unit by the national safety heating supervision department. The application and popularization of safety heating information construction in the process of safety heating supervision will effectively ensure the healthy and stable development of the national economy. Starting from the practical problems faced by the current HLEM network monitoring platform based on WCF, such as backward means, inconsistent monitoring scale and low efficiency of field heating monitoring, a new mobile heating monitoring system is designed according to the characteristics of WCF based on HLEM network monitoring platform. On the basis of constructing the software and hardware platform of Android ARM, combining 3G wireless network communication and GIS positioning and navigation technology, this paper puts forward the application design scheme based on WCF management system under the mobile HLEM network monitoring platform based on Android, which provides a mobile, unified and efficient office heating monitoring platform for the relevant departments of safety heating supervision. The mobile heating monitoring terminal provides wireless network access through 3G wireless network communication. At the same time, the server side builds the perfect safety heating information, the related heating monitoring information allocates the large SQLite database, the mobile heating monitoring terminal constructs and runs the Android own SQLite database independently, realizes the data interaction and synchronization with the server side SQLite database through the JDBC interactive interface. The realization of HLEM network monitoring system based on Android includes positioning and navigation management, safety heating information management, dangerous chemical information management, safety so as to effectively eliminate all kinds of losses caused by potential safety accidents, such as heating laws and regulations query, certificate query, field heating monitoring and emergency rescue assistance and so on. In this paper, the design scheme of HLEM network monitoring platform based on Android based on WCF management system is proposed, which is not involved in the field of safety heating. By introducing advanced digital information and mobile management technology to the traditional HLEM network monitoring platform based on WCF process, it provides a more efficient solution for the HLEM network monitoring platform based on WCF process, greatly improves the efficiency based on WCF under the HLEM network monitoring platform, promotes the standardized management of enterprise safety heating, thus effectively eliminates all kinds of losses caused by potential safety accident hidden dangers, and has high application value.
