【摘要】：針對傳統(tǒng)批處理特征選擇方法處理大規(guī)模骨干網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)流存在時間和空間的限制,提出基于在線特征選擇(online feature selection,OFS)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)流異常檢測方法,該方法將在線思想融入線性分類模型,在特征選擇過程中,首先使用在線梯度下降法更新分類器,并將其限制在L1球內(nèi),然后用截斷函數(shù)控制特征選擇的數(shù)量。研究結(jié)果表明,提出的方法能充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)流的時序性特點,同時減少檢測時間且準確率和批處理方法相近,能滿足網(wǎng)絡(luò)流異常檢測的實時性要求,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)流分類和異常檢測提供一種全新的思路。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the limitation of time and space in dealing with large-scale backbone network data stream by traditional batch feature selection method, a network flow anomaly detection method based on online feature selection (online feature selection,OFS (online feature selection) is proposed. In this method, the online idea is integrated into the linear classification model. In the process of feature selection, the online gradient drop method is used to update the classifier and limit it to the L _ 1 sphere, and then the number of feature selection is controlled by truncation function. The results show that the proposed method can make full use of the timing characteristics of network flow, reduce the detection time and the accuracy is similar to the batch method, and can meet the real-time requirements of network flow anomaly detection. It provides a new idea for network flow classification and anomaly detection.
