基于業(yè)務互操作點的企業(yè)互操作方法研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟全球化的浪潮推動下,企業(yè)之間的業(yè)務協(xié)作逐漸頻繁和復雜。作為對企業(yè)運轉和管理來說必不可少的支撐系統(tǒng),各個企業(yè)的應用軟件之間也必須能夠互通互聯(lián),以支持企業(yè)之間的信息交換和業(yè)務協(xié)同。企業(yè)互操作的概念和技術應運而生,它是指企業(yè)應用軟件之間通過相互通信和交換數(shù)據(jù)來協(xié)同完成任務,使業(yè)務伙伴之間實現(xiàn)新的業(yè)務流程的整合。 目前關于企業(yè)互操作模型和技術的研究主要針對企業(yè)之間位于本地的遺留應用軟件,關注于消除它們的異構性,實現(xiàn)功能交互和數(shù)據(jù)交換,達到最大程度的復用,提高企業(yè)間信息傳遞的效率,降低企業(yè)間的協(xié)作成本。然而,隨著云端應用變得炙手可熱,云應用被越來越多的企業(yè),特別是中小企業(yè)使用。云應用的“跨平臺”、“多租戶”等特征為企業(yè)間互操作帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。 如何提出一套實現(xiàn)企業(yè)云應用之間、云應用與企業(yè)遺留應用之間的無縫互操作框架和方法,來支持企業(yè)之間的業(yè)務協(xié)同,并且能夠滿足復用性、異構性、可靠性和動態(tài)可變性等特點,將具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 近年來課題組圍繞服務計算、制造業(yè)信息化等領域開展了廣泛的研究,著眼于云應用的巨大優(yōu)勢,搭建了面向汽車行業(yè)的銷售采購云平臺。云平臺針對汽車主機廠和供應商對信息化系統(tǒng)的特殊需求,提供豐富而可靠的企業(yè)云應用。實現(xiàn)企業(yè)用戶在云平臺上的互操作是云平臺要解決的難題之一,本文圍繞著這個需求展開工作,從理論框架和實際應用的角度對汽車供應鏈環(huán)境下的企業(yè)互操作方法進行了研究。 首先本文研究和總結了汽車行業(yè)背景下的企業(yè)互操作場景和問題,基于目前的云支撐平臺,提出了一個抽象的包含表示層、應用層、流程層、服務層和數(shù)據(jù)層的多層次互操作框架,分析了不同層上的互操作需求。 為了統(tǒng)一解決多層次框架中體現(xiàn)出的不同角度的互操作問題,本文提出了業(yè)務互操作點的概念,它是兩個企業(yè)的應用軟件之間發(fā)生信息傳遞和數(shù)據(jù)交換的地方,是實現(xiàn)協(xié)作企業(yè)間應用軟件互操作的媒介。結合業(yè)務互操作點的概念,就不需要將進行業(yè)務協(xié)作的兩個應用系統(tǒng)完全融合,使得抽象的多層次互操作模型變得具體可行。 本文根據(jù)基于業(yè)務互操作點的企業(yè)互操作框架,給出了具體的互操作實現(xiàn)方案,設計了支持云平臺上企業(yè)之間進行業(yè)務協(xié)作的互操作引擎。云平臺互操作引擎為兩層架構,可視為前臺和后臺,前臺參與用戶交互的為“業(yè)務互操作點代理(BIP_Agent)",后臺進行技術支持的為“基于ESB的互操作總線(I_Bus)”。前者主要負責業(yè)務互操作點的注冊和暴露、互操作流程的創(chuàng)建和調(diào)用;后者則負責業(yè)務互操作點接口的適配和匹配、互操作請求的監(jiān)聽和路由。 最后,基于關鍵支撐技術Web Service和ESB,本文介紹了云平臺互操作引擎核心組件I Bus的具體實現(xiàn),并且通過云平臺上主機廠和供應商租戶間的一個實際的業(yè)務流程,描述了企業(yè)之間在云平臺上進行互操作的全過程,驗證了本文研究成果的可行性和有效性,使得云平臺能夠初步支持企業(yè)間的業(yè)務協(xié)作。
[Abstract]:In the push of the wave of economic globalization, the business collaboration between enterprises is becoming more frequent and complicated. As an essential support system for enterprise operation and management, the application software of each enterprise must also be interconnected to support the exchange of information and business collaboration among the enterprises. The concept and technology of enterprise interoperability come into being. It refers to the integration of the business partners through the mutual communication and exchange of data to accomplish the task together and to realize the new business process among the business partners. At present, the research on the enterprise interoperability model and technology is mainly focused on the legacy application software located in the local area, which is concerned with the elimination of their isomerism, realizes the function interaction and data exchange, achieves the maximum degree of multiplexing, and improves the efficiency of the inter-enterprise information transfer rate and reduce enterprise-to-business collaboration Ben. However, as cloud applications become hot, cloud applications are becoming more and more enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises The "cross-platform", "multi-tenant", and other features of the cloud application result in the new selection of inter-enterprise inter-operation Battle. The realization of the interoperation of the enterprise users on the cloud platform is one of the challenges to be solved by the cloud platform. First of all, this paper studies and summarizes the enterprise interoperability scenarios and problems in the background of the automobile industry.
