基于業(yè)務(wù)互操作點(diǎn)的企業(yè)互操作方法研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的浪潮推動(dòng)下,企業(yè)之間的業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)作逐漸頻繁和復(fù)雜。作為對(duì)企業(yè)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和管理來(lái)說(shuō)必不可少的支撐系統(tǒng),各個(gè)企業(yè)的應(yīng)用軟件之間也必須能夠互通互聯(lián),以支持企業(yè)之間的信息交換和業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同。企業(yè)互操作的概念和技術(shù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,它是指企業(yè)應(yīng)用軟件之間通過(guò)相互通信和交換數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)協(xié)同完成任務(wù),使業(yè)務(wù)伙伴之間實(shí)現(xiàn)新的業(yè)務(wù)流程的整合。 目前關(guān)于企業(yè)互操作模型和技術(shù)的研究主要針對(duì)企業(yè)之間位于本地的遺留應(yīng)用軟件,關(guān)注于消除它們的異構(gòu)性,實(shí)現(xiàn)功能交互和數(shù)據(jù)交換,達(dá)到最大程度的復(fù)用,提高企業(yè)間信息傳遞的效率,降低企業(yè)間的協(xié)作成本。然而,隨著云端應(yīng)用變得炙手可熱,云應(yīng)用被越來(lái)越多的企業(yè),特別是中小企業(yè)使用。云應(yīng)用的“跨平臺(tái)”、“多租戶(hù)”等特征為企業(yè)間互操作帶來(lái)了新的挑戰(zhàn)。 如何提出一套實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)云應(yīng)用之間、云應(yīng)用與企業(yè)遺留應(yīng)用之間的無(wú)縫互操作框架和方法,來(lái)支持企業(yè)之間的業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同,并且能夠滿(mǎn)足復(fù)用性、異構(gòu)性、可靠性和動(dòng)態(tài)可變性等特點(diǎn),將具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 近年來(lái)課題組圍繞服務(wù)計(jì)算、制造業(yè)信息化等領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展了廣泛的研究,著眼于云應(yīng)用的巨大優(yōu)勢(shì),搭建了面向汽車(chē)行業(yè)的銷(xiāo)售采購(gòu)云平臺(tái)。云平臺(tái)針對(duì)汽車(chē)主機(jī)廠(chǎng)和供應(yīng)商對(duì)信息化系統(tǒng)的特殊需求,提供豐富而可靠的企業(yè)云應(yīng)用。實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)用戶(hù)在云平臺(tái)上的互操作是云平臺(tái)要解決的難題之一,本文圍繞著這個(gè)需求展開(kāi)工作,從理論框架和實(shí)際應(yīng)用的角度對(duì)汽車(chē)供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的企業(yè)互操作方法進(jìn)行了研究。 首先本文研究和總結(jié)了汽車(chē)行業(yè)背景下的企業(yè)互操作場(chǎng)景和問(wèn)題,基于目前的云支撐平臺(tái),提出了一個(gè)抽象的包含表示層、應(yīng)用層、流程層、服務(wù)層和數(shù)據(jù)層的多層次互操作框架,分析了不同層上的互操作需求。 為了統(tǒng)一解決多層次框架中體現(xiàn)出的不同角度的互操作問(wèn)題,本文提出了業(yè)務(wù)互操作點(diǎn)的概念,它是兩個(gè)企業(yè)的應(yīng)用軟件之間發(fā)生信息傳遞和數(shù)據(jù)交換的地方,是實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)作企業(yè)間應(yīng)用軟件互操作的媒介。結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)互操作點(diǎn)的概念,就不需要將進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)作的兩個(gè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)完全融合,使得抽象的多層次互操作模型變得具體可行。 本文根據(jù)基于業(yè)務(wù)互操作點(diǎn)的企業(yè)互操作框架,給出了具體的互操作實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了支持云平臺(tái)上企業(yè)之間進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)作的互操作引擎。云平臺(tái)互操作引擎為兩層架構(gòu),可視為前臺(tái)和后臺(tái),前臺(tái)參與用戶(hù)交互的為“業(yè)務(wù)互操作點(diǎn)代理(BIP_Agent)",后臺(tái)進(jìn)行技術(shù)支持的為“基于ESB的互操作總線(xiàn)(I_Bus)”。前者主要負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)互操作點(diǎn)的注冊(cè)和暴露、互操作流程的創(chuàng)建和調(diào)用;后者則負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)互操作點(diǎn)接口的適配和匹配、互操作請(qǐng)求的監(jiān)聽(tīng)和路由。 最后,基于關(guān)鍵支撐技術(shù)Web Service和ESB,本文介紹了云平臺(tái)互操作引擎核心組件I Bus的具體實(shí)現(xiàn),并且通過(guò)云平臺(tái)上主機(jī)廠(chǎng)和供應(yīng)商租戶(hù)間的一個(gè)實(shí)際的業(yè)務(wù)流程,描述了企業(yè)之間在云平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行互操作的全過(guò)程,驗(yàn)證了本文研究成果的可行性和有效性,使得云平臺(tái)能夠初步支持企業(yè)間的業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)作。

The concept and technology of enterprise interoperability come into being. It refers to the integration of the business partners through the mutual communication and exchange of data to accomplish the task together and to realize the new business process among the business partners. At present, the research on the enterprise interoperability model and technology is mainly focused on the legacy application software located in the local area, which is concerned with the elimination of their isomerism, realizes the function interaction and data exchange, achieves the maximum degree of multiplexing, and improves the efficiency of the inter-enterprise information transfer rate and reduce enterprise-to-business collaboration Ben.
