【摘要】:在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),越來(lái)越多跨界的合作組合應(yīng)用在我們的周圍!盎ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)+”是對(duì)創(chuàng)新2.0時(shí)代新一代信息技術(shù)與創(chuàng)新2.0相互作用、共同演化推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展新形態(tài)的高度概括。如今,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)”正在加速融合,特別是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與制造業(yè)不斷地融合。智能制造快速的發(fā)展,降低了生產(chǎn)成本以及縮短了產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的周期。因此增加互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的研發(fā),是解決現(xiàn)在所面臨的傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的問(wèn)題。在傳統(tǒng)的制造業(yè)上,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+制造業(yè)”也越來(lái)越被人們所關(guān)注,需求應(yīng)用也越來(lái)越促進(jìn)兩者之間的融合!盎ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)+制鞋業(yè)”的技術(shù)和制造業(yè)的融合發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品個(gè)性化、多樣化的個(gè)性化定制需求的發(fā)展,加速了整個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展速度。在此背景下,本論文涉及的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和制鞋業(yè)兩者之間的相互結(jié)合為對(duì)象。以“基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的制鞋定制系統(tǒng)技術(shù)研究”為題,實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)性化定制系統(tǒng)在制鞋業(yè)加速發(fā)展。讓消費(fèi)者參與鞋的涉及和生產(chǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)智能加工,生產(chǎn)制造智能化和數(shù)字化。制鞋業(yè)個(gè)性化定制系統(tǒng)是鞋業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容是:1.通過(guò)對(duì)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)”行業(yè)的特性,研究設(shè)計(jì)一套完整的系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+制鞋業(yè)的個(gè)性化定制系統(tǒng)將實(shí)體店與網(wǎng)絡(luò)打通。讓消費(fèi)者參與到鞋子的設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)。并以此為基礎(chǔ)框架,解決系統(tǒng)所涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。2.建立起來(lái)了個(gè)性化定制系統(tǒng),針對(duì)客戶端消費(fèi)者對(duì)腳型三維數(shù)據(jù)的測(cè)量,從總系統(tǒng)來(lái)看,我們需要獲取從終端集群式的腳型三維數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理工作,以及實(shí)現(xiàn)腳型三維數(shù)據(jù)的安全傳輸。從獲取數(shù)據(jù)、處理數(shù)據(jù)、數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸,實(shí)現(xiàn)集群式消費(fèi)者的數(shù)據(jù)提取和處理能力。在數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方面,通過(guò)測(cè)試實(shí)例驗(yàn)證研究的可行性。3.在制鞋加工方面,通過(guò)人工蜂群算法的應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)不同大小、不同形狀的材料進(jìn)行自動(dòng)優(yōu)化排版設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)最大限度的節(jié)省材料。通過(guò)3D的鞋樣設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),到最終的計(jì)算所需的材料,利用蜂群算法,對(duì)不同消費(fèi)者的用料不同和形狀大小各不相同在一大塊材料上智能的排版處理。最后實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的材料機(jī)器切割。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, more and more cross-border cooperation combinations are used around us. The Internet is a high summary of the interaction between the new generation of information technology and innovation 2.0 in the era of innovation 2.0, and the joint evolution and promotion of the new form of economic and social development. Today, the traditional Internet industry is accelerating integration, especially the continuous integration of Internet technology and manufacturing. The rapid development of intelligent manufacturing reduces the production cost and shortens the cycle of product development. Therefore, increasing the research and development of Internet technology in traditional enterprises is to solve the problem of traditional enterprise transformation. In the traditional manufacturing industry, people pay more and more attention to the Internet manufacturing industry, and the demand application also promotes the integration of the two more and more. The integration and development of the technology and manufacturing industry of "Internet shoe industry" has accelerated the development of the whole industry by realizing the development of product individualization and diversified personalized customization demand. In this context, this paper involves the combination of the Internet and shoe industry as the object. Based on the research of shoe customization system technology based on Internet, the individualized customization system is developed rapidly in shoe making industry. Let consumers participate in the involvement and production of shoes, achieve intelligent processing, production and manufacturing intelligence and digitization. The personalized customization system of shoe industry is the development trend of shoe industry. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Through the characteristics of "Internet traditional manufacturing industry", this paper studies and designs a set of complete system, and realizes the personalized customization system of Internet shoe industry to open up the physical store and the network. Let consumers participate in the design and production of shoes. Based on this framework, the key technologies involved in the system are solved. 2. A personalized customization system is established, which aims at the measurement of foot 3D data by client consumers. From the point of view of the overall system, we need to obtain the 3D foot data from the terminal cluster, and process the collected data. And to realize the secure transmission of foot 3D data. From the acquisition of data, processing data, data transmission, to achieve cluster consumer data extraction and processing ability. In the aspect of data transmission, the feasibility of the study is verified by a test example. In the aspect of shoe processing, through the application of artificial bee swarm algorithm, the automatic optimal typesetting design of materials of different sizes and shapes is realized, and the maximum material saving is realized. Through the 3D shoe sample design system, to the final calculation of the required materials, the use of bee swarm algorithm, different consumers of different materials and shapes are different in a large piece of material intelligent typesetting processing. Finally, the material machine cutting in the field is realized.
