高校網(wǎng)站群管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】：隨著我國高等教育制度和教學(xué)模式的不斷改革,使得高校管理體系形成了個性化、多元化的發(fā)展特征,在如今的高等學(xué)校中,各項教學(xué)、科研、管理、服務(wù)等工作已經(jīng)無法再局限于本校中,而必須與外界進(jìn)行連接和交流,獲取更多的外界信息和資源,才能以一種更加寬廣的角度來對學(xué)校的發(fā)展做出考察。在當(dāng)前這個信息化技術(shù)高度發(fā)展的時代,校園門戶網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用,為各大高校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了極大的幫助。在某高校的早期信息化建設(shè)過程中,由于沒有進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的規(guī)劃,使得各下屬院系和職能機(jī)構(gòu)各自為站,不同部門之間使用不同的軟件系統(tǒng),導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一,且各種數(shù)據(jù)信息分散在不同的服務(wù)器中,造成校園內(nèi)部存在軟件重復(fù)建設(shè)、資源嚴(yán)重浪費(fèi)、網(wǎng)站維護(hù)困難等問題。因此,為了改善現(xiàn)狀,順應(yīng)國家信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展需求,提高該校的信息化應(yīng)用水平,在原有建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上采用統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范,在統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行分步實(shí)施,研究并建設(shè)一套適合該校使用的網(wǎng)站群管理系統(tǒng)。目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)充分運(yùn)用Web Services服務(wù)體系、AJAX異步交互技術(shù)、DIV+CSS網(wǎng)頁布局技術(shù)以及XML技術(shù)等等開發(fā)技術(shù),最終完成了站群管理、欄目管理、模板管理、發(fā)布管理、內(nèi)容管理、網(wǎng)站功能管理、用戶權(quán)限管理等功能模塊的設(shè)計和實(shí)現(xiàn),并詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)的安全實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,最后對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試驗證。通過高校網(wǎng)站群管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,為學(xué)校提供一個良好的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)各部門站點(diǎn)間的統(tǒng)一管理和維護(hù)。將校園內(nèi)部原有的分散站點(diǎn)整合成一個整體,使得各級院系機(jī)構(gòu)、職能部門之間的信息資源能夠聯(lián)系起來,打破信息孤島的現(xiàn)象,對內(nèi),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)各級部門之間的信息交流和共享,實(shí)現(xiàn)校園各項管理工作的高效處理;對外,能夠以統(tǒng)一的門戶平臺為來訪者提供信息和服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of higher education system and teaching mode in our country, the management system of colleges and universities has formed individualized and diversified development characteristics. In today's colleges and universities, all kinds of teaching, scientific research, management, Service and other work can no longer be limited to the school, but must connect and communicate with the outside world, obtain more external information and resources, in order to investigate the development of the school from a broader point of view. In this era of high development of information technology, the construction and application of campus portal website has provided great help for the sustainable development of colleges and universities. In the process of early information construction in a university, due to the lack of unified planning, each subordinate department and functional organization are respectively stations, and different software systems are used between different departments, which leads to the disunity of data standards. And all kinds of data information are scattered in different servers, resulting in repeated construction of software, serious waste of resources, difficult maintenance of the website and so on. Therefore, in order to improve the present situation, comply with the development needs of national information construction, improve the application level of information technology in the school, adopt unified standards and norms on the basis of the original construction, and carry out step by step implementation on the basis of overall planning. Research and build a set of website group management system suitable for the school. The target system makes full use of Web Services service system, AJAX asynchronous interaction technology, DIV CSS web page layout technology and XML technology and other development technologies, and finally completes the station group management, column management, template management, release management, content management. The design and implementation of website function management, user authority management and other functional modules are introduced in detail. Finally, the system is tested and verified. Through the application of the website group management system in colleges and universities, it provides a good basic environment for the school to realize the unified management and maintenance among the stations of each department. The original decentralized sites in the campus can be integrated into a whole, so that the information resources between the institutions, departments and functional departments at all levels can be linked to each other, break the phenomenon of isolated information islands, and internally, It can realize the information exchange and sharing among departments at all levels, and realize the efficient processing of campus management. Outside, can use a unified portal platform to provide information and services for visitors.
