【摘要】：為了提高網(wǎng)絡流量的預測精度,提出一種相空間重構(gòu)和支持向量機相結(jié)合的網(wǎng)絡流量預測模型(PSR-SVM)。通過相空間重構(gòu)對網(wǎng)絡流量序列進行重構(gòu),重構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡流量序列輸入到支持向量機進行建模和預測,利用具體網(wǎng)絡流量數(shù)據(jù)進行仿真實驗,與BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡、灰色模型預測結(jié)果進行對比。實驗結(jié)果表明,相對于對比模型,PSR-SVM提高了網(wǎng)絡流量的預測精度和穩(wěn)定性,能夠很好滿足網(wǎng)絡流量預測實時性和高精度要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the prediction accuracy of network traffic, a network traffic prediction model (PSR-SVM) based on phase space reconstruction and support vector machine (SVM) is proposed. The network traffic sequence is reconstructed by phase space reconstruction, and the network traffic sequence is input into support vector machine to model and predict. The simulation experiment is carried out by using the specific network traffic data, and the BP neural network is used. The prediction results of grey model are compared. The experimental results show that compared with the comparison model, PSR-SVM improves the prediction accuracy and stability of network traffic, and can meet the real-time and high precision requirements of network traffic prediction.
